MODULAR TELECOMMUNICATIONS PLUG AND METHOD
A modular plug is disclosed as having a housing, a wire manager, an anti-snag protector, and a load bar each configured to snap-fit together to assemble the modular plug. The wire manager includes a front portion fitted within an internal cavity of the housing and a rear portion having an aperture configured to receive a terminal end of a telecommunications cable. The wire manager includes a plurality of channels, each channel having a gate configured to position a twisted pair of wires from the telecommunications cable in a stacked vertical arrangement.
PRIMARY LOCKS WITH TERMINAL SERVICEABLITY FEATURES FOR MIXED CONNECTION COAXIAL CABLES
A connector apparatus including a housing, and a primary lock reinforcement. The housing includes at least one substantially cylindrical coaxial cavity therein. The coaxial cavity has a first end, a second end, and a locking finger. At least one stop is located proximate the second end. A locking finger is positioned intermediate the first end and the second end. The locking finger includes a locking tab, and an unlocking surface. The locking finger is formed to be flexible and capable of flexing between a lock position and an unlock position. The locking finger is biased toward the lock position. The primary lock reinforcement is placed in the housing and has an opening therein corresponding to the second end of the cylindrical coaxial cavity.
SIGNAL CABLE
Provided is a signal cable including a connector (20) including a shell (21) that houses a connection terminal (22) to be connected to a connection terminal included in an electronic device and that is electrically connected to a frame ground of the electronic device in a state in which the connector (20) is connected to the electronic device, a cable body (10) including a ground connection wire electrically connected to the shell (21), and a supporting member (40) having a tubular shape and having a higher rigidity than the surface of the cable body (10). The connector-side end portion of the cable body (10) is led inside the supporting member (40), the connector-side end portion of the ground connection wire includes a folded portion that folded, and is disposed outside the supporting member (40), and the shell (21) is fixed to the cable body (10) in a state in which the folded portion is sandwiched between the shell (21) and the supporting member (40).
METHOD FOR PRODUCING SHIELD WIRE, SHIELD WIRE WITH EARTHING MEMBER, AND CLAMPING DEVICE
A method for producing a shield wire includes: disposing the first terminal at an opening end portion of the shield body in a state where the covered wire and the shield body are inserted into the first terminal; folding the opening end portion of the shield body to an outer side and disposing the second terminal to sandwich the folded opening end portion; and press-deforming the first terminal and the second terminal into a clamping shape. A mold surface of the mold has a protruding portion protruding toward the axis, and a protruding end surface of the protruding portion has a radius of curvature smaller than a radius of an outer peripheral surface of the second terminal before clamping and larger than a radius of an outer peripheral surface of the covered wire before clamping.
CABLE CONNECTOR
The present disclosure provides a cable connector assembly that includes a cable having conductors secured to contact pads formed on a printed circuit board. A housing and cover are configured to be secured together and combine to form a cavity for receiving the printed circuit board and the cable. A slug is formed around a portion of the cable. Upon assembly of the cover to the housing, the slug is disposed in a pocket formed in the cavity and helps secure the cable to the housing and cover.
Detonation connector having exposure part for tagging
The present disclosure relates to a detonation connector having an exposure part for tagging, the detonation connector includes: an electrically conductive wire-connecting bracket member having a plurality of electric wire mounting grooves to which a leg line or a leading line is mounted; a lower casing member at which the wire-connecting bracket member is positioned; and an upper casing member covering the lower casing member, wherein the upper casing member or the lower casing member is provided with a tagging exposure part that exposes a part of the wire-connecting bracket member wire-connecting the leg line and the leading line, so that the tagging work of charging initialization time to a detonator can be performed without opening the upper casing member, and the convenience and the efficiency of the tagging work can be improved.
Plug assembly
A plug assembly includes a lower cover and an upper cover. The lower cover has two lower lateral walls and a lower rear wall. A top surface of a lower portion of the lower cover, the two lower lateral walls and the lower rear wall surround a lower accommodating space. The lower accommodating space has at least one lower embedding portion. The upper cover is assembled to the lower cover. The upper cover has two upper lateral walls and an upper rear wall. A bottom surface of an upper portion of the upper cover, the two upper lateral walls and the upper rear wall surround an upper accommodating space. The upper accommodating space is combined with the lower accommodating space to form an accommodating space. The upper accommodating space has at least one upper embedding portion disposed corresponding to the at least one lower embedding portion.
Connector Housing
A connector housing includes a body and a cover mounted on a top portion of the body. The body has a plurality of terminal receiving chambers arranged in a row and a first engagement portion formed on a top surface of each wall at a left side and a right side of each terminal receiving chamber. The cover has a first aperture corresponding to the first engagement portion. The first engagement portion engages the first aperture to lock the cover to the body.
Connector having fitting protrusion connected to flat cable
A connector includes a terminal clasp, a flexible flat conductive component, a housing in which an electrical connection part of the terminal clasp protrudes out of an opening of a storage room, and a cover that covers the electrical connection part from outside together with at least part of the housing. The flexible flat conductive component includes an electrical connection region in which the electrical connection part is connected with a conductor, a peripheral region enclosing the electrical connection region, an extension region extending out of the housing and the cover connected with each other, and at least two fitting holes provided on the extension region side in the peripheral region.
