Connector
There is provided a connector including: a sacrificial pressing surface that is provided in a second housing and is a flat surface formed at an end portion on a side opposite in an insertion direction of the second housing. When an external force acts on the second housing in a temporarily assembled state in which the second housing is more shallowly fitted to a first housing than in a fully assembled state and a locking portion is not locked to a locked portion, the sacrificial pressing surface is configured to cause a pressing force to act in a direction in which a contact area of the locked portion with respect to the locking portion is larger than that in a case in which the second housing is pressed in the insertion direction.
REVERSIBLE CABLE ASSEMBLY CONNECTOR
Connectors or connector assemblies include first and second latching members attached to a housing thereof for latching the connector to a mating connector are provided. When the connector mates with the mating connector in a first/second mating orientation, the first/second latching member, but not the second/first latching member latches the connector to the mating connector.
DRIVE LOADING JIG FOR MEMORY DRIVES
A drive loading jig, drive carrier assembly and method of using the same to insert and remove a drive from a host reduce the likelihood of a drive being damaged during insertion or removal. Such a drive loading jig has side walls with respective slots and a rear wall joining the side walls. Each of the slots includes multiple restraining walls to restrain a drive, when positioned in the jig, from bending with respect to a plane parallel to a major surface of the drive and from moving in a direction substantially perpendicular to the major surface. Stoppers formed in the side walls or rear wall define a maximum insertion depth of the drive. An alignment key-way on the loading jig is used to align the drive in the proper orientation prior to inserting the drive into the loading jig.
Busbar trunking system
A section of a busbar trunking system, referred to herein as a BTS section, comprising: a plurality of conducting bars; and a female electrical connector at a first end of the BTS section; wherein the female electrical connector is arranged to receive a male electrical connector of an adjacent BTS section to electrically connect the conducting bars of the BTS section to conducting bars of the adjacent BTS section as part of a plug-and-play connection.
Connector
A connector includes a first housing 10 having a resiliently deformable lock arm (25), and a lock hole (28) is formed in the lock arm (25). A second housing (50) is connectable to and separable from the first housing (10). A lock projection (53) is formed on the second housing (50) and is configured to lock the housings (10, 50) in a connected state by being locked to the lock hole (28). A wire cover (33) is attached to the first housing (10) and is configured to turn wires (32) drawn out from the first housing (10). A covering portion (39) is formed on the wire cover (33) and covers a locking part of the lock hole (28) and the lock projection (53) from an outer surface side.
BATTERY SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE
The invention concerns a battery system (200) for a vehicle (1), preferably for an industrial truck, comprising: at least one rechargeable battery (210) for supplying at least a vehicle component (2) of the vehicle (1), a charging component (50) for mechanically (52) and electrically (53) charging connection with an external charging device (310) to charge the battery (210) through the charging device (310) in a state of charge, a safety device (60), which is arranged at least partially in the area of the charging component (50), for detecting the mechanical charging connection of the charging component (50) with the charging device (310), so that a safety interruption of the power supply of the vehicle component (2) can be performed in the charging state.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR DEVICE
A connector device includes an electrical connector that connects to a receptacle connector, an electric cable connected to the electrical connector, and a lock member attached to the electrical connector. The lock member has a main body portion to sandwich the electrical connector in a fitted state between the receptacle connector and the main body portion, and a lock engagement portion to engage with a connector engagement portion provided in the receptacle connector. The lock engagement portion has a hanging portion, a folded portion, and an extending portion.

Mounting metal fitting, connector and connection system
The housing possesses a bottom wall and a periphery wall that surrounds a periphery of the bottom wall and is composed of a pair of first side walls retaining contacts with the contacts aligned in an arrangement direction, and a pair of second side walls, one of which connects one ends of the pair of first side walls, another of which connects other ends of the pair of first side walls. The mounting members possess a first mounting section covering at least part of each region, in which no contacts are aligned, of the first side walls, and a second mounting section that is separated from the first mounting section and covers at least part of the second side walls.
Connector
A housing (10) includes a lock arm (31) for resiliently connecting and holding a mating housing (90). A detector (60) is movable to a standby position and a detection position with respect to the lock arm (31), and includes a resilient arm (62) to be resiliently locked by the lock arm (31) at the standby position. The lock arm (31) includes colliding portions (43) arranged at both sides of a front part of the resilient arm (62) and projecting farther forward than a front end of the resilient arm (62) and configured to contact a wall surface of the housing (10) or the mating housing (90) by a resilient returning movement of the lock arm (31) when the detector (60) is at the detection position.
