Backplane connector with improved shielding effect
A backplane connector includes a housing and a number of terminal modules. Each terminal module includes a number of conductive terminals, a metal shield surrounding member, a first metal shield and a second metal shield. The conductive terminal includes a mating portion and a tail portion. The conductive terminals include a first signal terminal and a second signal terminal. The metal shield surrounding member surrounds the mating portions of the first signal terminal and the second signal terminal. The first metal shield and the second metal shield are in contact with the metal shield surrounding member. As a result, the shielding area is increased and the shielding effect is improved.
COMBO CONNECTOR
A connector configured to provide signal and power connections reliably and economically in a compact space. The connector may include terminals each comprising a mating portion and a mounting portion opposite the mating portion. The terminals may be arranged with multiple rows of signal terminals and power terminals aligned in one row and on opposite sides of the signal rows. The mounting portions of the terminals may be configured to receive cables in some embodiments, and mount to a board in some other embodiments.

SHIELDED CONNECTOR ASSEMBLIES WITH TEMPERATURE AND ALIGNMENT CONTROLS
High-speed connectors and connector assemblies that include structures for alignment and/or improved thermal performance.
Flexible, interruptible radial bus and bus-mounted bead device
A multi-conductor bus with radially arranged conductor wires on which addressable bead devices that may incorporate light-emitting diodes (LEDs) or other surface mount devices (SMDs) can be easily mounted. The radial bus is designed to provide an improved range of flexibility and motion while allowing for easy addition of bead devices along its length that utilize self-addressing bus protocols such as cascading device protocols. The design of the flexible, interruptible radial bus facilitates the use of pass-through and interrupted paths along the bus that simplifies the installation of addressable devices along the bus such as the bus-mounted bead devices disclosed herein.

Female Connector And Connector Assembly
The present disclosure provides a female connector and a connector combination. The female connector includes: a female terminal having a first end for mating with a male connector or a gold finger circuit board, and a second end for connection with a PCB board, the female terminal being formed with at least one shape abruptly-changed portion between the first end and the second end, and a high-frequency radiation area being formed in the vicinity of the shape abruptly-changed portion when the first end is mated with the male connector or the gold finger circuit board; and a wave-absorbing material disposed in a spatial range covered by the high-frequency radiation area. By selectively disposing the wave-absorbing material in an area where a high-frequency radiation is easily generated during the use of the connector, crosstalk signals are absorbed, while normally transmitted electrical signals are retained, and an overall weight of the connector is light.

Female Connector, Male Connector And Connector Assembly
The present application provides a female connector, a male connector and a connector assembly. The female connector includes: a plurality of female terminals, ends of which are radially expanded outward to form trumpet-shaped guide heads for blind mating with a male connector or a gold finger circuit board; a cantilever section of the female terminal being bent at at least one position to form an elastic pressing portion for an interference fit contact with the male connector or the gold finger circuit board; a first high-frequency radiation area being formed in the vicinity of the trumpet-shaped guide head when the female terminals are mated with the male connector or the gold finger circuit board; and a first wave-absorbing material is disposed in a spatial scope covered by the first high-frequency radiation area. By selectively disposing a wave-absorbing material in an area where a high-frequency radiation is easily generated during the use of the connector, crosstalk signals are absorbed, while normally transmitted electrical signals are kept, and an overall weight of the connector is light.
SHIELDING PLATE, TERMINAL MODULE, HIGH-SPEED BACKPLANE CONNECTOR, AND CONNECTOR SYSTEM
The present application discloses a shielding plate, a terminal module, a high-speed backplane connector, and a connector system. The shielding plate is provided with an ingenious grounding structure, such as alternately arranged concave strips and convex strips, and has a good grounding function. The high-speed backplane connector provided in the present application includes a plurality of terminal modules and an insulative shell for receiving the terminal modules. Each terminal module includes a plurality of pairs of differential signal terminals arranged in a terminal row, a plurality of conductive spacers arranged in the terminal row at intervals, and a shielding plate; the shielding plate is fixed on one side of a fixing frame and connected with the conductive spacers; the pair of differential signal terminals can be shielded by arranging the concave strips and the convex strips, effectively reducing interference and crosstalk between the adjacent pairs of differential signal terminals.
