Flat cable connection
The present invention relates to a first metal cable (1) having a flat upper (A) and a flat lower (B) surface, comprising at least one hollow riser (2) extending approximately 90 degrees from one of the flat surfaces of the first metal cable, the hollow riser being 5 configured to house an end of a second metal cable (3). A connected structure comprising a first metal cable wherein a second metal cable is inserted into the hollow riser (2) of the first metal cable and joined with the first metal cable. it also relates to a method of making a connected structure, joining a first metal cable to a second metal cable by friction welding the second metal cable (3) to the first metal cable by 10 contacting a rotating tool (4) with the lower surface of the first metal cable in the area underneath the hollow riser.
Electric wire arranging jig and ultrasonic bonding apparatus
An electric wire arranging jig (40) has an electric wire arranging groove (16, 31, 41) configured to be inserted the electric wires. The electric wire arranging groove has a pair of arranging surfaces facing each other. The electric wire arranging groove is configured to have a cross-sectional shape, in a section perpendicular to a direction of the electric wires extending within the electric wire arranging groove, having a distance in a width direction of the electric wire arranging groove continuously narrowed from an insertion start portion for the electric wires toward a bottom portion of the electric wire arranging groove and the arranging surfaces each inclining from a vertical direction, at least in a part of a segment between the insertion start portion and the bottom portion.
Connector and coaxial cable with molecular bond interconnection
A coaxial connector in combination with a coaxial cable is provided with an inner conductor supported coaxial within an outer conductor, a polymer jacket surrounding the outer conductor. A unitary connector body with a bore is provided with an overbody surrounding an outer diameter of the connector body. The outer conductor is inserted within the bore. A molecular bond is formed between the outer conductor and the connector body and between the jacket and the overbody. An inner conductor end cap may also be provided coupled to the end of the inner conductor via a molecular bond.
Electrical Connection Console for a Motor-Vehicle Electrical System Conductor
Electrical connection console for a motor vehicle board net comprising a cable 2 with a metallic stranded conductor 4, and an electrical tap electrically and mechanically connected to the stranded conductor 4, characterized in that the tap is formed from a metallic sleeve 10, in that the sleeve 10 is connected to the stranded conductor 4 in a connection region 8 of the stranded conductor 4, and in that the sleeve 10 has a longitudinal extent in a longitudinal axis parallel to a longitudinal axis of the stranded conductor 4, in that the sleeve 10 has a recess 26 whose longitudinal axis runs transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the sleeve 10, and in that a contact sleeve 28 is arranged in the recess 26.
Ultrasonic welded cable for a welding system
A system for transmitting power and current includes a power cable having stranded wires and an exposed end. The stranded wires are ultrasonically welded together. Ultrasonically welding the wires creates a bundle of wires at the exposed end that may be free from air pockets, reducing oxidation and improving the current path through the cable.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Aa display device includes a display panel including a plurality of panel pads, a connection board including a plurality of connection lines, and a circuit board including a plurality of board pads. The plurality of connection lines are spaced apart from each other. Each of a connection line among the plurality of connection lines includes: a first end portion at which the connection line is connected to the display panel, the first end portion being in direct contact with a panel pad, and a second end portion opposite to the first end portion and at which the connection line is connected to the circuit board, the second end portion being in contact with a board pad.
Connection structure of bus bar and cable
A connection structure of a bus bar and a cable has: a bus bar that serves as an external terminal; a cable that has a core wire exposed from an insulation sheath at a terminal, the core wire being joined with the bus bar; a protective member that covers at least a joining portion of the bus bar and the core wire of the cable; and a cut portion that is formed in the core wire at the joining portion with the bus bar.
BONDING MODULE PINS TO AN ELECTRONIC SUBSTRATE
A system for attaching a terminal pin to a circuit trace on an electronic substrate. The system includes a sonotrode and a stage for holding the electronic substrate. The sonotrode is configured to direct ultrasound energy to a base region of the terminal pin placed on the circuit trace to weld the base region to the circuit trace. The system further includes a three-dimensional positioner coupled to the sonotrode. The three-dimensional positioner is configured to drive the sonotrode to lift the terminal pin from a rack and to place the terminal pin on the electronic substrate.
SPECIAL- SHAPED JOINT
A special-shaped joint includes at least one connection terminal (1) for connecting an electrical device, and at least one wire (4). The connection terminal is connected to a core (2) of the wire. The special-shaped joint has a simple structure and is easy to assemble. An included angle between the connection terminal and the core is greater than 0 degree and smaller than 180 degrees, so that the special-shaped joint can be applied to an electrical device with a specific connection requirement for the included angle between the connection terminal and the wire, thus having a wide application range.
HYBRID ELECTRIC CHARGING INLET
An electrical connector assembly includes a connector housing defining a cavity and an opening providing access to the cavity, first and second direct current (DC) terminals disposed within the cavity, and first and second busbars electrically and mechanically attached directly to the first and second DC terminals respectively. The first and second busbars each have a rectangular cross section and wherein the first and second busbars extend through the opening such that portions of the first and second busbars are outside of the connector housing. A method of manufacturing an electrical connector assembly is also provided.
