Laser unit and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium
There may be provided a laser unit including a display configured to display one or both of electric power consumed by the laser unit and electric energy consumed by the laser unit.
LASER OSCILLATION DEVICE HAVING LASER MEDIUM CIRCULATING TUBE
A laser oscillation device can prevent a laser medium-circulating pipe from expanding. The laser oscillation device includes a resonator part, which has an introduction port, through which a laser medium is introduced, and a discharge port, from which the laser medium is discharged, and which generates a laser beam, a laser medium-circulating pipe having one end connected to the introduction port, and the other end connected to the discharge port, a blower arranged in the laser medium-circulating pipe, to circulate the laser medium so that the laser medium is introduced from the introduction port to the resonator part, and the laser medium introduced to the resonator part is discharged from the discharge port, and a heat-insulating mechanism which is provided in the laser medium-circulating pipe, to block heat conduction between the laser medium flowing through the laser medium-circulating pipe and the laser medium-circulating pipe.
Tunable laser with directional coupler
A tunable laser has a first mirror, a second mirror, a gain medium, and a directional coupler. The first mirror and the second mirror form an optical resonator. The gain medium and the directional coupler are, at least partially, in an optical path of the optical resonator. The first mirror and the second mirror comprise binary super gratings. Both the first mirror and the second mirror have high reflectivity. The directional coupler provides an output coupler for the tunable laser.
Laser chamber
A laser chamber for a discharge excited gas laser apparatus may include: a first discharge electrode disposed in the laser chamber; a second discharge electrode disposed to face the first discharge electrode in the laser chamber; a fan configured to flow laser gas between the first discharge electrode and the second discharge electrode; a first insulating member disposed upstream and downstream of a laser gas flow from the first discharge electrode; a metallic damper member disposed upstream of the laser gas flow from the second discharge electrode; and a second insulating member disposed downstream of the laser gas flow from the second discharge electrode.
DIELECTRIC ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
A dielectric electrode assembly, and a method of manufacture thereof, including: a dielectric tube having a cylindrical cross-section and a relative dielectric constant, ε.sub.2, the dielectric tube filled with a gas having a relative dielectric constant, ε.sub.1; a structural dielectric having a relative dielectric constant, ε.sub.3 surrounding the dielectric tube; metal electrodes on opposite sides of the structural dielectric, the metal electrodes having a flat cross-sectional geometry; and the structural dielectric made from a material selected such that the relative dielectric constants of the structural dielectric, the dielectric tube, and the gas are interrelated and a uniform electric field is generated within the dielectric tube when power is applied to the metal electrodes.
Output coupling from unstable laser resonators
A laser resonator comprising a specially designed front mirror 32. The front mirror 32 together with a rear mirror form a resonator cavity. As well as having a resonator cavity reflective surface 42, the front mirror 32 also has an output coupling reflective surface 44 which forms a continuation of the resonator cavity reflective surface 42 and extends at an angle thereto so as to direct a beam laterally out of the cavity. The output coupling reflective surface 44 and the resonator cavity reflective surface 44 are joined by a “soft” rounded edge 40 of arcuate cross-section, this rounded transition suppressing diffraction ripples that would otherwise be generated if the edge were “hard”, i.e. sharp.
LASER DEVICE AND LEAK CHECK METHOD FOR LASER DEVICE
A leak check method for a laser device includes exposing a closed space accommodating laser medium gas to the atmosphere, isolating the closed space from the atmosphere after exposing the closed space to the atmosphere, introducing neon-containing gas containing neon gas to the closed space, and determining whether or not the neon gas is leaking to outside of the closed space.
Laser chamber, method for manufacturing seal member, and method for manufacturing electronic device
A laser chamber of an excimer laser apparatus includes a container including a first member and a second member and configured to accommodate a laser gas in the container and a seal member disposed between two seal surfaces facing each other, a seal surface of the first member and a seal surface of the second member. A laser-gas-side surface of the seal member is made of fluorine-based rubber, and an atmosphere-side surface of the seal member is formed of a film configured to suppress atmosphere transmission.
