Frame assembly body and casing
A frame assembly body includes a connected section in which one ends of first and second frame materials, each of which has plural bent sections and plural surfaces, are joined perpendicularly. The connected section has: a projected piece locking section in which a slit-shaped fitting hole, a notch, or a recessed section formed in the second frame material is fitted to a projected piece provided in the first frame material; and a slit fitted section in which a slit-shaped notch formed in the second frame material is fitted to a fitting slit formed in a manner to notch the first frame material.
MODULAR CABINET DESIGN
A cabinet structure is provided. The cabinet structure includes two side frames, and at least one vertical sectional bar connecting the side frames via at least two frame elements. The frame elements include first and second frame elements. The first frame element includes a connecting face that has a frontal cavity and a plurality of guide elements. The second frame element includes a receiving face configured to receive the guide elements of the first frame element, and a through hole aligned with the frontal cavity of the first frame. The frame elements also include a securing element configured to be screwed into the frontal cavity via the through hole to forge a secure interlocking fitting of the first and second frame elements.
Electronics Cabinet With Integrated Cooling System, Reconfigurable Mounting System, or Both
Systems and apparatus for housing electronics for industrial systems, such as industrial product marking systems, include a cabinet including: a frame defining an exterior channel; a side panel that attaches to the frame, and a handle located in the side panel and defining a vent hole within the handle, the vent hole being aligned with the channel, thereby allowing air to cool equipment when present within an interior portion of the frame. The systems and apparatus further include a cabinet including: a frame; and a panel configured to attach to a side of the frame separate from its two walls; wherein each of the two walls on opposite sides of the frame defines a shape that receives a structure to support the cabinet and receives fasteners on both sides of the wall to mount equipment on both an interior portion of the frame and an exterior portion of the frame.
MODULAR CABINET AND CONNECTOR MODULE THEREOF
A cabinet includes a structural frame including a plurality of connecting rods and a plurality of connector modules each of which includes first and second connectors. The first connector includes two first main plate portions perpendicularly connected to each other, a first fastening hole, and a limiting indented portion. The second connector includes a second main plate portion perpendicular to the first main plate portions, a seat body connected to the second main plate portion and having a first fastening hole corresponding in position to the first fastening hole of the first connector, and a limiting protruding portion protruding from the second main plate portion and having a shape complementing with that of the limiting indented portion.
FRAME PROFILE FOR A FRAME RACK OF A SWITCH CABINET, AND A CORRESPONDING FRAME RACK
The invention relates to a frame profile for a frame rack of a switch cabinet, wherein the frame profile has: a first and a second profile web, wherein a free end of the first profile web has a first sealing edge, and a free end of the second profile web has a second sealing edge, a first mounting side with fixing receptacles, which first mounting side is spaced apart from the first sealing edge by a first dimension of a first connecting side of the first profile web, which connects the first mounting side to the first sealing edge, a second mounting side with fixing receptacles, which second mounting side is spaced apart from the second sealing edge by a second dimension of a second connecting side of the second profile web, which connects the second mounting side to the second sealing edge, characterized in that at least one of the profile webs has an undercut.
OUTDOOR CABINET AND TOP STRUCTURE THEREOF
An outdoor cabinet and a top structure thereof are provided. The top structure of the outdoor cabinet includes a top beam, wherein the top beam is a bending plate; the number of the top beams is at least two, one of two connected top beams is provided with a first locating breach, and the other is provided with a first protruding portion in cooperation with the first locating breach for locating. Compared with that the top beam in the conventional art is a flat plate, the top structure of the outdoor cabinet provided effectively improves the strength of the top beam by designing the top beam to be the bending plate, which improves the strength of the overall top structure, reduces the influence on the hoisting of the outdoor cabinet, and improves the flexibility of the hoisting of the outdoor cabinet.
Structural profile for electrical cabinet
The STRUCTURAL PROFILE FOR ELECTRICAL CABINET comprises a profile that presents a front sealing area and is positioned in relation thereto at 90?, a side sealing area, an inner fixing wall, an inner fixing side, an inner fixing tab, an outer fixing wall, an outer fixing side and a central barrier.
Welded board and structure for electrical cabinet
WELDED BOARD AND ELECTRICAL CABINET STRUCTURE presents a cabinet built with welded frames that use vertical and horizontal profiles, having an internal fastening wall with holes and cutouts to the fitting of a cage nut and an internal fastening tab, a side sealing surface, a front sealing surface and the isolation barrier, the structure being assembled with at least two welded frames, which are assembled in parallel and joined through four depth profiles, said depth profiles being joined directly to the welded frames vertices.
Electronic rack and mounting chassis
The electronic rack and mounting chassis includes a plurality of horizontal chassis members, a plurality of vertical chassis members, and a plurality of front to back chassis members. The front to back chassis members are each connectable to at least one horizontal chassis member and at least one vertical chassis member, and the front to back chassis members each comprise a hollow section extrusion.
Corner connector for connecting at least two frame profiles of a frame which are arranged perpendicularly relative each other
