Frame section for a framework of a switchgear cabinet
The disclosure describes a frame profile for a frame rack of a service cabinet, consisting of an outer profile part manufactured from a first material, wherein the outer profile part forms at least a first wall of the frame profile which partially limits a hollow chamber; and of an inner profile part manufactured from a second material which differs from the first material by at least one quality, wherein the inner profile part forms at least one other wall of the hollow chamber.
FRAME ASSEMBLY BODY AND CASING
A frame assembly body includes a connected section in which one ends of first and second frame materials, each of which has plural bent sections and plural surfaces, are joined perpendicularly. The connected section has: a projected piece locking section in which a slit-shaped fitting hole, a notch, or a recessed section formed in the second frame material is fitted to a projected piece provided in the first frame material; and a slit fitted section in which a slit-shaped notch formed in the second frame material is fitted to a fitting slit formed in a manner to notch the first frame material.
Bottom assembly for the frame of a switch cabinet
A base assembly for the rack of a switchgear cabinet, comprising horizontal frame profiles which have the height h and which surround a base section of the rack, wherein at the height h, the frame profiles have a first horizontal mounting plane, is characterized in that, spaced from the first horizontal mounting plane, at least one additional mounting plane is provided, on or adjoining a fixed support which is formed at least sectionally on one or more of the frame profiles and projects into the base section.
Frame assembly for a switchboard and related frame and switchboard
An assembly for the frame of a switchboard is disclosed, which can include a hollow member which extends lengthwise along a reference axis and which has at least one slot. The assembly can include at least one connecting element for connecting the assembly to a corresponding corner joint element of the frame, and the connecting element can include an insulating body and a fixing metal plate which is associated to a carrying part of the insulating body. The carrying part can be at least partially inserted transversally with respect to the reference axis into the hollow member through the slot, so as to arrange at least a portion of the associated fixing metal plate into the hollow member transversally with respect to the reference axis.
Structure for cabinet
A structure for a cabinet containing electrical materials is disclosed having posts, crossbeams and connecting means. The connecting means are adapted to join one to another at least two crossbeams and one post, and including a base element and a hollow element which is provided with a substantially axial opening. The base element is constrained to the crossbeams and has an inserting portion adapted to be inserted inside the hollow element. Conversely, the hollow element is adapted to be constrained to the post. In particular, the hollow element, the post and the inserting portion are each provided with a bore, the bores being alignable one to another in operative conditions. A joining element provided with a truncatedcone shaped portion is adapted to pass in each of the bores when they are aligned, so that to constrain one to another the hollow element, the post and the inserting portion.
Sealing corner bracket and cabinet including corner bracket
A corner bracket may include a structural portion including at least one relatively rigid first material, and a sealing portion including at least one relatively elastic second material. The corner bracket may also include a first receiver including a first retainer portion configured to be coupled to an end of a first frame member, and a first sealing interface configured to provide a substantially fluid-resistant seal between a portion of the end of the first frame member and the first receiver. The corner bracket may also include a second receiver transverse to the first receiver and including a second retainer portion configured to be coupled to an end of a second frame member, and a second sealing interface configured to provide a substantially fluid-resistant seal between a portion of the end of the second frame member and the second receiver. The corner bracket may be incorporated into a cabinet frame.
Profile for electrical cabinet
PROFILE FOR ELECTRICAL CABINET presents an invention that falls within the field of application of metal profiles for structural elements, more precisely in the field of metal profiles to electrical cabinets and enclosures. A profile having a side sealing area and, located in its relation, preferably at 90, a front sealing area; an inner wall, a rear wall, an outer wall, an oblique wall and an isolating wall.
SEISMIC ISOLATION APPARATUS FOR ELECTRIC POWER EQUIPMENT HAVING FUNCTION OF ABSORBING VIBRATION IN WIDE RANGE AND EARTHQUAKE-PROOF DISTRIBUTING BOARD
The present disclosure provides a seismic isolation apparatus for electric power equipment having a function of absorbing vibration in a wide range and an earthquake-proof distributing board, and an outer vertical spring is disposed in a vertical direction between an upper holder and a lower holder to be compressed or expanded according to a change in a vertical interval between the upper holder and the lower holder, and an inner vertical spring having an elastic coefficient greater than that of the outer vertical spring and a diameter smaller than that of the outer vertical spring is inserted into an inside of the outer vertical spring to be compressed or expanded according to a change 10 in a vertical interval between an upper cover and the upper holder, and thus, it is possible to smoothly absorb vertical vibrations whose intensity is distributed over a wide range, and to prevent the electric power equipment from falling by a center shaft that passes through the inner vertical spring, the outer vertical spring, and the upper holder in sequence.
