COIL, STATOR COMPRISING SAME, AND MOTOR
Provided is a coil including first and second lead parts, and a winding part. The winding part includes first to n-th turns. The winding part includes first and second coil ends. The first lead part extends from the first turn to the n-th turn along an upper surface of the first coil end. The second lead part extends from the n-th turn. The first and second lead parts include respective ends that are equal in height from the upper surface of the first coil end when viewed from a radial direction, and are equidistant from the n-th turn when viewed from an axial direction.
MOTOR
The present invention may provide a motor comprising: a housing; a stator disposed inside the housing; a rotor disposed inside the stator; and a shaft coupled to the rotor. The housing includes a first housing and a second housing. The first housing includes a first side wall having a first radius and a second side wall having a second radius smaller than the first radius, and the second housing includes a third side wall contacting the first side wall and a fourth side wall contacting the second side wall. The outer surface of the first side wall includes a first coupling means, and the inner surface of the third side wall includes a second coupling means coupled to the first coupling means.
PUMP
One aspect of a pump of the present invention includes a rotor rotatable about a central axis, a stator assembly located radially outside the rotor and surrounding the rotor, a pump unit connected to a first side in an axial direction of the rotor, a support member including a rotor accommodating portion, the rotor accommodating portion being located radially inside the stator assembly and accommodates the rotor therein, and a resin housing in which the stator assembly and the support member are molded. The rotor accommodating portion includes a lid portion that covers the rotor from a second side in the axial direction, and a tubular portion that is located between the rotor and the stator assembly in a radial direction and is open to the first side in the axial direction. The stator assembly includes a stator core having an annular shape, a plurality of coils mounted on the stator core, and a stator cover that covers the plurality of coils.
PUMP
One aspect of a pump of the present invention includes a rotor rotatable about a central axis, a stator assembly located radially outside the rotor and surrounding the rotor, a pump unit connected to a first side in an axial direction of the rotor, a support member including a rotor accommodating portion, the rotor accommodating portion being located radially inside the stator assembly and accommodates the rotor therein, and a resin housing in which the stator assembly and the support member are molded. The rotor accommodating portion includes a lid portion that covers the rotor from a second side in the axial direction, and a tubular portion that is located between the rotor and the stator assembly in a radial direction and is open to the first side in the axial direction. The stator assembly includes a stator core having an annular shape, a plurality of coils mounted on the stator core, and a stator cover that covers the plurality of coils.
ROTATING ELECTRICAL MACHINE AND STATOR FOR ROTATING ELECTRICAL MACHINE
A stator, of a rotating electrical machine, includes a core including a plurality of teeth and a slot formed between the teeth, and a plurality of coils inserted into the slot and fixed with varnish, in which the plurality of coils is disposed side by side in a radial direction in the slot, and the varnish is most applied to at least an innermost diameter side coil among the plurality of coils in the slot.

A stator, of a rotating electrical machine, includes a core including a plurality of teeth and a slot formed between the teeth, and a plurality of coils inserted into the slot and fixed with varnish, in which the plurality of coils is disposed side by side in a radial direction in the slot, and the varnish is most applied to at least an innermost diameter side coil among the plurality of coils in the slot.

Disclosed are a rotor plate and a rotor assembly including the same. The rotor plate includes a plate body including a first part having a first hole at a center, and a second part having a second hole at a center, the second part having a diameter corresponding to the first part, and connected to the first part in a first direction that is an axial direction perpendicular to the first part, and a diameter of the second hole is larger than a diameter of the first hole, a first slot recessed on an outer peripheral surface of the plate body, a second slot recessed on the outer peripheral surface of the plate body, and a first plate passage formed on a wall of the first part in the second direction that is opposite to the first direction, and connecting the first slot and the first hole.
ROTOR PLATE AND ROTOR ASSEMBLY INCLUDING THE SAME
Disclosed are a rotor plate and a rotor assembly including the same. The rotor plate includes a plate body including a first part having a first hole at a center, and a second part having a second hole at a center, the second part having a diameter corresponding to the first part, and connected to the first part in a first direction that is an axial direction perpendicular to the first part, and a diameter of the second hole is larger than a diameter of the first hole, a first slot recessed on an outer peripheral surface of the plate body, a second slot recessed on the outer peripheral surface of the plate body, and a first plate passage formed on a wall of the first part in the second direction that is opposite to the first direction, and connecting the first slot and the first hole.
MOTOR AND DRIVE DEVICE
A shaft of a motor includes a first shaft and a second shaft extending from the first shaft to one axial side. A housing includes a neutralizing device holder that holds a first neutralizing device. The neutralizing device holder includes a seal holder that is arranged radially outward of the second shaft and holds a seal member. The first neutralizing device electrically connects the second shaft and the neutralizing device holder. The seal member seals a gap between the second shaft and the seal holder, and is arranged on the other axial side of the first neutralizing device.

A shaft of a motor includes a first shaft and a second shaft extending from the first shaft to one axial side. A housing includes a neutralizing device holder that holds a first neutralizing device. The neutralizing device holder includes a seal holder that is arranged radially outward of the second shaft and holds a seal member. The first neutralizing device electrically connects the second shaft and the neutralizing device holder. The seal member seals a gap between the second shaft and the seal holder, and is arranged on the other axial side of the first neutralizing device.
