STATOR CORE WITH CUFFED SLOT LINER
An electric machine includes a stator core defining a plurality of slots, slot liners disposed within the slots and covering inner surfaces of the slots, and windings wound within and between the slots. Each of the slot liners has an end extending away from a face of the stator core and defining a flange that includes a rim in direct contact with the face and a terminating lip that is wider than the rim such that the rim is between the face and the terminating lip.
Brushless motor system for power tools
A stator for a brushless DC (BLDC) motor includes a stator core having stator teeth extending radially inwardly towards a center bore, stator windings respectively wound around the stator teeth, and insulating inserts having substantially the same longitudinal length as the stator core. The insulating inserts are longitudinally received between adjacent stator windings at or near inner tips of the adjacent stator teeth to substantially seal the center bore of the stator assembly from the stator windings.
METHOD FOR IMPREGNATING, STRENGTHENING OR ELECTRICALLY INSULATING A BODY BEARING SINGLE-PLY OR MULTI-PLY WINDINGS
In a method for impregnating, strengthening or electrically insulating a body supporting single or multi-layer windings, in particular for an electric machine, the body supporting the windings is submerged into a multi-component resin system or is sprinkled with the multi-component resin system or is sprayed with the multi-component resin system.
ROTATING ELECTRICAL MACHINE
A magnet unit includes a plurality of arc-shaped magnets arranged in a circumferential direction and a magnet holder to which the magnets are secured. Each of the magnets has arc-shaped easy axes of magnetization which extend more parallel to the d-axis in a region close to the d-axis than those in a region close to the q-axis. The easy axes of magnetization define arc-shaped magnetic paths extending therealong. The magnets are arranged to be separate from each other across the d-axis or the q-axis. Each of the magnets has a q-axis end surface facing in the circumferential direction and placed in surface-to-surface contact with that of the circumferentially adjacent magnet. Each of the magnets has an armature-remote peripheral surface which faces away from the armature. Each of the armature-remote peripheral surfaces facing an attachment surface of the magnet holder through a clearance which is filled with a resin adhesive.
Insulating unit for an electric machine
An insulating unit for an electric machine with hairpin winding. The hairpin winding has a plurality of connection pins for electrically connecting to an interconnect and a plurality of welded hairpin ends. A base body is provided having an insulating material and extends at least over a portion of the circumference of the hairpin winding. The base body has a receiving area which faces the hairpin winding and which has openings for receiving the hairpin ends. The dividing walls are provided between the openings in circumferential direction, and the openings and/or dividing walls have fasteners for engaging connection to the hairpin ends.

Stator and method for manufacturing the same
Disclosed herein are a stator and a method for manufacturing the same. The stator according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes an insulating part and a plurality of stator coils each having two ends electrically connected to form one joint portion. The insulating part is configured to cover at least respective parts of the joint portions, and to provide a distance between neighboring joint portions. Accordingly, a partial discharge caused by a surge between the joint portions of the stator coils may be prevented, allowing operational reliability of the stator to be increased.
STATOR, MOTOR INCLUDING THE SAME AND STATOR ASSEMBLING METHOD
A stator includes a stator core and at least one fastener, the stator core includes a lamination, a shaft disposed through the lamination, and at least one insulator disposed on the lamination and configured to be wound with a wire. The fastener is disposed on the at least one insulator and configured for the wire to be wound thereon and for fixing at least one cable coming out from the shaft so as to electrically couple the wire and the at least one cable.
