Wire guiding device for a rotor of a synchronous electric machine of the wound rotor type
A guiding device is for the winding of electrically conductive wires about a plurality of poles of a rotor of an electric machine that are distributed about a shaft extending axially in the rotor. The device includes a guide head that is able to be mounted on the shaft. The guide head includes a metallic basic structure provided with a plurality of arms that extend radially from an inner part of the metallic basic structure provided with a central orifice, and a plastics structure overmoulded on the metallic basic structure, in a set-back manner with respect to an internal cylindrical surface of the central orifice, such that the internal cylindrical surface of the central orifice of the metallic basic structure is designed to be in direct contact with the shaft of the rotor for mounting on the shaft of the rotor with an interference fit.
Stator for electric motors having coil wound carriers mounted thereon
A stator for electric motors, includes a core having an upper and a lower portion and having teeth forming slots therebetween, first and second coil locking layers fixedly mounted on respective upper and lower portions of the core, and a plurality of preformed coil assemblies mounted on respective teeth of the core. Each coil wound carrier includes a winding section having an elongated opening configured to be adjusted around the corresponding tooth, and a first and a second winding carrier connected to opposite ends of the winding section. The first and second winding carriers include a projecting mating part, and the first and second coil locking rings include mating openings of complementary shape inside which are fitted the projecting mating part of respective first and second winding carriers of one of the preformed coil assemblies.
Rotary actuator
A rotary actuator is used in a shift-by-wire system for a vehicle. The actuator includes a motor, a controller, a housing, and a bus bar. The controller controls the motor. The housing holds a stator of the motor and the controller. The bus bar includes a terminal and a holder. The terminal electrically connects a coil of the stator to a control board of the controller. The holder is molded with a part of the terminal. The terminal includes a board-side arm that extends from the holder and a connecting pin that protrudes from the board-side arm toward the control board and that is connected to the control board. The board-side arm includes a stress releasing member that extends along an imaginary plane in parallel with the control board. The stress releasing member includes at least one curved portion at which the stress releasing member is curved or bent.
LOW-COST MODULAR INDUCTIVE POSITION SENSOR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING IT
A position sensor includes a plurality of E-shaped ferromagnetic cores arranged to define a circular opening therethrough to receive a shaft. Each E-shaped ferromagnetic core has a plurality of teeth, wherein adjacent E-shaped ferromagnetic cores of the arranged plurality of E-shaped ferromagnetic cores have an overlapping tooth. The position sensor further includes a frame surrounding the arranged plurality of E-shaped ferromagnetic cores, with the E-shaped ferromagnetic cores coupled to the frame.
TORQUE TUNNEL HALBACH ARRAY ELECTRIC MACHINE
Disclosed are various embodiments for Torque Tunnel Halbach Array electric machines having a rotor comprising a plurality of rotor assemblies configured to form a magnetic torque tunnel having at least a first magnetic pole tunnel segment and a second magnetic pole tunnel segment, each of the rotor assemblies having a plurality of flux shaping Halbach Arrays configured to focus the Flux Density Distribution in the magnetic torque tunnel and a stator having a plurality of coils configured to form a coil winding assembly, the coil winding assembly positioned within the magnetic torque tunnel, such that at least one of the plurality of coils is surrounded by the first magnetic pole tunnel segment or the second magnetic pole tunnel segment, alternatively the rotor may be the coil winding assembly and the stator may be the magnetic torque tunnel.
DYNAMO-ELECTRIC MACHINE
A dynamo-electric machine includes a stator, a rotor disposed in the stator, a bottomed tubular case that accommodates the stator, an end cover mounted on an open end of the case, and a circuit substrate that controls driving of the dynamo-electric machine. The stator includes a core having portions that protrude toward a center of the stator, insulators mounted on the stator core, and a coil wound around each of the protruding portions with the insulators therebetween. The circuit substrate is disposed inward of an outer end of the case and is disposed between the stator and the end cover, and includes a first insulation sheet disposed between the circuit substrate and the stator to insulate the circuit substrate and the coil; and a second insulation sheet disposed between the circuit substrate and the end cover to insulate the circuit substrate and the end cover.
ROTATING ELECTRICAL MACHINE
A rotating electrical machine includes an armature that includes a multiphase armature winding. The multiphase armature winding includes winding segments. Each of the winding segments is comprised of a multiply-wound conductive wire member. The winding segments are arranged at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction of the rotating electrical machine. Each of the winding segments has an end. The ends of the winding segments are collected at a predetermined connection point. The collected ends of the winding segments are connected to a neutral point or an input/output terminal of a power converter.
Brushless motor system for power tools
A brushless DC motor includes a stator, a rotor, and motor terminals mounted on the stator. Each motor terminal includes a planar portion extending circumferentially from the end insulator, a wire-receiving member extending from a first end of the planar portion and folded over an outer surface of the planar portion away from the center axis of the stator at an angle of less than 90 degrees, and a tab portion extending from a second end of the planar portion parallel to the center axis of the stator. A circuit board is disposed adjacent the motor including power switches mounted thereon for energizing the stator windings. Slots are formed in the circuit board to align with and securely receive the tab portions of the motor terminals, thus electrically connecting the motor terminals to the power switches.

The present disclosure provides a motor router comprising: an annular body having a first coil guide; and a guide part formed to protrude from the body, and having a second coil guide to which the first coil guide is connected, and thus the present invention reduces the number of parts and has a simplified configuration, thereby providing an advantageous effect of reducing manufacturing processes and manufacturing costs.

Stator and method for producing a stator for an electrical machine, comprising a stator main body (34) which has radial stator teeth (14) for receiving coils (17) of an electrical winding and, on an end side of the stator main body (34), has an insulating lamination (40) with receiving pockets (46) for insulation-displacement terminal elements (70), wherein the coils (17) are wound by means of a winding wire which is inserted into the receiving pockets (46), wherein an interconnection plate (52) has annular conductors (84) on which in each case a plurality of insulation-displacement terminal elements (70) are arranged, which insulation-displacement terminal elements axially engage into the receiving pockets (46) in order to make electrical contact with the winding wire, wherein the interconnection plate (52) is manufactured from plastic and has annular grooves (59) which are open axially at the bottom and into which the annular conductors (84) are inserted.
