The speed reducer includes a parallel-shaft type reducer that has a drive gear on the motor shaft and a driven gear on the output shaft. One side and the other side in the axial direction are defined as a first side and a second side, respectively. The motor is located on the first side of the speed reducer in the axial direction. The driven gear includes a teeth portion having a gear end surface on the first side of the teeth portion. The motor includes a stator having a stator end surface on the second side of the stator. The gear end surface is located on the first side of the stator end surface in the axial direction.

The rotor core has a first and second magnet stack each defining a plurality of longitudinal channels. The plurality of longitudinal channels for the first stack are misaligned with the plurality of longitudinal channels for the second stack. Methods of making the same are also provided.

An arrangement structure of wiring member for rotating electrical machine is configured in such a manner that a wiring member for rotating electrical machine including a plurality of conductive wires and connecting coil ends of a stator to electrodes of a terminal block in a rotating electrical machine is arranged on an arranging target member. The wiring member for rotating electrical machine includes a holding portion including a molded resin so as to cover all the plurality of conductive wires together and holds the plurality of conductive wires. A cushioning member comprising an elastic body is provided between the holding portion and the arranging target member. The electronic compressor includes a first metal member that is in contact with the at least one of the electronic components, and thermally connected to the housing, a second metal member that is disposed in the resin member, and a bolt by which the first metal member and the second metal member are fastened with each other.
