ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE PROVIDED WITH A COOLING CHAMBER
A rotary electric machine, in particular for a motor vehicle, having a stator including a stator body and a winding, the stator body having a yoke and teeth coming from an internal periphery of the yoke. At least one bearing is provided with a recess intended to receive a means for guiding a shaft in rotation. A cooling chamber is disposed around the stator body and in which a cooling liquid circulates. At least an external portion of the yoke is made of a magnetic composite material, the cooling chamber being delimited at least in part on the one hand by an external periphery of the yoke of the stator body and on the other hand by an internal periphery of the bearing.

An example stator tube assembly includes a hollow body defining a cavity and having a longitudinal length and a radial thickness. The hollow body is configured to be disposed within a stator housing and to separate the cavity from a stator cavity within the stator housing. The hollow body comprises a first radial thickness along a first portion of its longitudinal length and a second radial thickness along a second portion of its longitudinal length, the second radial thickness being greater than the first radial thickness.

One aspect of a motor of the present disclosure may include a rotor having a motor shaft disposed along a central axis extending in one direction, a stator facing the rotor via a gap in a radial direction, and a housing having an accommodating portion configured to accommodate the rotor and the stator, and to enable oil to be stored therein, wherein the housing comprises a lower wall portion facing a vertical-directional lower region in the inside of the accommodating portion, the lower wall portion comprises a cooling flow passage formed therein, and refrigerant flows in the cooling flow passage, and at least a portion of the cooling flow passage overlaps the vertical-directional lower region in the inside of the accommodating portion when viewed along a vertical direction.

One aspect of a motor of the present disclosure may include a rotor having a motor shaft disposed along a central axis extending in one direction, a stator facing the rotor via a gap in a radial direction, and a housing having an accommodating portion configured to accommodate the rotor and the stator, and to enable oil to be stored therein, wherein the housing comprises a lower wall portion facing a vertical-directional lower region in the inside of the accommodating portion, the lower wall portion comprises a cooling flow passage formed therein, and refrigerant flows in the cooling flow passage, and at least a portion of the cooling flow passage overlaps the vertical-directional lower region in the inside of the accommodating portion when viewed along a vertical direction.
ELECTRIC MACHINE WITH A SLEEVE ON THE END SECTION OF A ROTOR
An electric machine (1), comprising: a housing (2), in which a stator (3) and a rotor (4), which is rotatable relative to the stator (3), are accommodated, a cooling device with a cooling channel (5) through which a coolant can flow and which extends from an inlet (7), through the housing (2) and through the rotor (4), to an outlet (6), and a sealing device (21) for sealing off the rotor (4) with respect to an interior space (22) of the housing, wherein an end section of the rotor (4) is surrounded by a sleeve (10), which is surrounded by a radial shaft sealing ring (11) of the sealing device (21). ELECTRIC MACHINE
An electric machine comprises a stator winding located within a stator housing. The stator housing comprises an inlet chamber configured to communicate with a supply of coolant, and an outlet. The stator housing contains a baffle configured to separate the stator winding and outlet from the inlet chamber. The baffle includes at least one aperture therethrough configured to supply an impingement flow of coolant to the stator winding.
