The pump includes a motor to drive an impeller, and a circuit board to control the motor. The circuit board is connected to the ground wire. The conductive component electrically connects the cold plate to the ground wire.

A stator assembly, an electrical motor having the stator assembly, a wind power generator set and a method for cooling a stator assembly are provided. The stator assembly includes a stator support and a stator core mounted on the stator support, wherein the stator support includes a support enclosure plate, a first axial air flow channel is formed between the support enclosure plate of the stator support and a radial side surface of the stator core, and the first axial air flow channel is used for receiving a first cold air flow, so that the cold air flow can flow in the axial direction. The stator assembly can introduce a cold air flow from the other side, opposite an air gap, of a stator during the operation of an electrical motor, so that two radial sides of the stator can be cooled at the same time.
ELECTRIC MACHINE INCLUDING AN AIR COOLING SYSTEM
An electric machine includes a housing having an air intake, an air outlet, and defining an air passage therein. The air passage includes a first channel extending from the air intake in a radial direction and a second channel extending in the radial direction to the outlet. The electric machine further includes a motor assembly positioned within the housing that includes a shaft that rotates about a rotational axis that is generally perpendicular to the radial direction. The electric machine further includes an electronics assembly within the housing interior and a heat sink positioned at least partially within the air passage and thermally connected to the electronics assembly. Operation of the motor assembly draws an ambient airflow into the air passage in the radial direction through the air intake, directs the airflow along the heat sink, and exhausts the airflow through the air outlet in the radial direction.

A power tool is provided including a gear case having a spindle, a motor case connected to a rear end of the gear case along a longitudinal axis; a handle portion extending from a rear end of the motor case along the longitudinal axis; a motor housed inside the motor case; a fan in rotational connection with the motor; at least one air intake arranged at least one of the motor case or the handle portion near the rear end of the motor case; and a power module including power switches for driving the motor and a heat sink. The power module is housed in at least one of the motor case or the handle portion near the rear end of the motor case such that rotation of the fan causes air flow to enter through the air intake and flow near the heat sink and through the motor.

An actuator comprises a coil, a first cooling plate and a second cooling plate. The cooling plates are configured to cool the coil. The first and second cooling plates are arranged at opposite sides of the coil to be in thermal contact with the coil. The coil comprises a first coil part and a second coil part, the first coil part facing the first cooling plate and the second coil part facing the second cooling plate, the first and second coil parts being separated by a spacing there between. The first cooling plate, the first coil part, the spacing, the second coil part and the second cooling plate form a stacked structure whereby the coil parts are arranged between the cooling plates and the spacing is arranged between the coil parts. The actuator further comprises a filling element arranged in the spacing. The filling element to push the first coil part towards the first cooling plate and to push the second coil part towards the second cooling plate.

The motor part is disposed in a motor room formed inside the main housing, the stator comprises a plurality of insulating protrusions protruding from an outer circumferential surface of the stator, and the plurality of insulating protrusions is configured to be brought into contact with an inner circumferential surface of the motor room.
