Various embodiments may include a drone for triggering sea mines by means of an external magnetic field. For example a drone may include: a drive having an electric motor; the electric motor comprising a stator and a rotor mounted on a shaft. The stator includes a stator winding arranged on a first carrier. The rotor includes a second carrier and a magnetic or electromagnetic element arranged on the second carrier. The element may be configured to magnetically interact with the stator winding to form a superordinate magnetic field during operation of the electric motor. During operation, the electric motor forms an external magnetic field outside of the electric motor with a magnetic flux density of at least 0.5 mT.

A manufacturing method for a motor core includes a preparing step, a coating step, a stacking step, and a forming step. In the preparing step, the silicon steel sheets are cleaned and dried. In the coating step, an electrically insulating colloid is coated between each pair of adjacent silicon steel sheets. In the stacking step, the silicon steel sheets on which the electrically insulating colloid is applied are stacked on each other to form a layered structure. In the forming step, the stacked silicon steel sheets are subjected to a colloid curing process so that the electrically insulating colloid forms a thermosetting plastic. This reduces the chance of forming eddy currents, reducing the eddy current loss of the motor core during operation.

A permanent-excited electric motor/induction machine has a laminated core (1) made of stator laminations (11) and a yoke winding (2). The yoke winding (2) has an inner winding part (21) and an outer winding port 22. The inner winding part 21 is arranged radially inside the stator lamination (11) in at least one winding receptacle (3). The outer winding part (22) is arranged radially outside the stator lamination (11) on an outer surface (4) of the laminated core (1). A soft-magnetic shield (5) is formed on the entire circumference around the outer winding part (22). At least one nonmagnetic connecting element (6), that contacts the stator lamination (11) and the soft-magnetic shield ring (5), is arranged between the stator lamination (11) and the soft-magnetic shield (5).

An insulation structure applied to each of two ends of a stator in an axial direction to block an electric field of an end coil assembly from being applied to a motor shaft. The structure includes: a conducting part extending in a predetermined induction direction parallel to a direction in which the end coil assembly is pulled out from the stator; and an insulating part positioned between the conducting part and the end coil assembly to insulate the conducting part.

An electric motor includes a motor main body and an inverter. The inverter is axially stacked on one end of the motor main body, and the inverter includes a gate driver, a control circuit, a capacitor module, a DC bus bar, a plurality of power modules and a plurality of AC bus bars. The power module includes a plurality of AC output terminals, a plurality of DC input terminals and a plurality of signal terminals, and the AC bus bars are respectively connected to corresponding AC output terminals and extend downward to a motor coil of the motor main body. The power modules and the corresponding DC input terminals are annularly arranged around the capacitor module, the DC bus bar is extended and electrically connected to the corresponding DC input terminals and the capacitor module.
