Stator assembly for electronically switched electric motor
Stator assembly for an electronically switched electric motor, the stator assembly having a stator extending in the direction of a first axis, the stator including a winding support around which at least one winding is wound, the winding support having a radially inner surface defining a central hole extending in the direction of the first axis; a screen at least partly covering the at least one winding of the stator, the screen having at least one tab in contact with the radially inner surface of the winding support.
MAGNETICALLY PRELOADED STAGE ASSEMBLY FOR ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
A stage assembly for supporting and moving electronic components includes a guide rail. The stage assembly also includes a carrier for supporting an electronic component and moveable along a length of the guide rail. The stage assembly further includes a linear motor comprising a rotor and a stator assembly positioned along the length of the guide rail, the rotor operatively coupled to the carrier to actuate movement of the carrier along the length of the guide rail. The stage assembly yet further includes a flux shield formed of a ferromagnetic material and positioned between the stator assembly and the carrier. The stage assembly also includes one or more magnetic preload assemblies operatively coupled to the carrier.
COIL SYSTEM FOR A SUPERCONDUCTING MOTOR
A coil system for a motor including a coil formed from strips and including straight sections passing through apertures of the motor, and, for each straight element of the coil passing through the same aperture, a shielding system with at least one first band and at least one second band arranged on either side of the elements, in which the strips are electrically connected to an electrical power source, in which two successive strips in the stack are electrically insulated from each other, and in which each band that is placed next to a strip of the coil is electrically insulated from the strip. With such an arrangement, the losses are reduced.
Electric pump
An electric pump includes a stator assembly. The stator assembly includes a stator core and a winding. The winding includes a main body section, a first section, and a second section. The stator core includes a core tooth portion, a core yoke portion, and a core neck portion. A first reference plane is defined, which coincides with a center axis line of the core tooth portion in an axial direction thereof and a center axis line of the core neck portion in an axial direction thereof. In a cross section of the stator assembly along the first reference plane, an upper end of the main body section is level with an upper end of a main body portion of the core yoke portion, and a lower end of the main body section is level with a lower end of the main body portion of the core yoke portion.
Insulation shielding member and motor using the same
Provided are an insulation shielding member which may insulate a coil and a stator core from each other, and simultaneously, shield an electric field caused by the coil, and a motor using the same. The insulation shielding member of the present disclosure may perform not only an insulation function but also a shielding function simultaneously, and shield the electric field caused by the coil to prevent corrosion from occurring in a bearing, thereby reducing the vibration and noise of the motor.
Insulation structure
An insulation structure applied to each of two ends of a stator in an axial direction to block an electric field of an end coil assembly from being applied to a motor shaft. The structure includes: a conducting part extending in a predetermined induction direction parallel to a direction in which the end coil assembly is pulled out from the stator; and an insulating part positioned between the conducting part and the end coil assembly to insulate the conducting part.
