A method for producing a guidewire, the method includes producing a position sensor by providing a shaft-section having a solid profile, which is sized and shaped to move in an anatomical material transportation system. A wire is wound around an axis of the shaft-section and first and second ends of the wire are coupled to respective first and second locations on an outer surface of the shaft-section. A guidewire-shaft is provided, and the position sensor is coupled to a distal end of the guidewire-shaft.

A device for delivering a predetermined volume a substance within a body cavity. A device is provided for delivering one or more substances within at least one body cavity. The device includes at least one pierceable vial comprising V.sub.sub [ml or mg] of the substances; the vial having at least one fluid discharging outlet port, configured for placement in proximity to the body cavity. The present disclosure relates to airway devices. It is applicable to supraglottic devices including laryngeal airway devices and to their methods of manufacture. The present disclosure is particularly applicable to laryngeal airway devices for human and veterinary use. The device includes an airway tube having a distal end and a proximal end, the distal end of the airway tube is provided with a pre-formed and non-inflatable peri-pharyngeal bowl. A method and apparatus is provided for automatic emergency airway detection. The apparatus includes a frame with a carriage guide configured to be secured around a neck of a subject. A carriage including a sensor is configured to move along the carriage guide. The sensor is configured to measure a value of a parameter indicating a topography of the neck of the subject. A processor includes a memory with instructions to receive first data from the sensor of the value of the parameter as the carriage is moved along the carriage guide and to determine, with the first data, second data indicating a position along the carriage guide corresponding to the cricothyroid region of the neck. The processor subsequently transmits a first signal indicating the second data. A method of using the apparatus is also provided.

A first end of the housing is connected with the bottle body. A spray head is arranged on a second end of the housing. The water pump is arranged in the housing. The shielding cover is arranged on the spray head. The shielding cover is configured to shield water sprayed from the spray head.
