A dermal device for skincare therapy is provided including: a fluid circuit including a fluid pump and a reservoir; and a dermal interface configured to contact a user's skin, the dermal interface including at least one electrode and part of the fluid circuit having at least one perforation, wherein the at least one electrode is configured to deliver an energy pulse to the contacted skin, wherein the reservoir is configured to hold at least one topical, wherein the fluid pump is configured to pump the at least one topical through the fluid circuit and extrude the at least one topical through the dermal interface.
HANDHELD FACIAL MASSAGE AND LIGHT THERAPY DEVICE
A Handheld Facial Massage and Light Therapy Device. One form of the device is a standard handpiece having a series of interchangeable treatment heads insertible therein. The handpiece has a head receptacle for accepting cooperating treatment heads for twist-locking therein or by other engagement arrangement. The treatment heads may or may not have an internal motor assembly within them to create vibratory motion in the assembled device. The groups of possible treatment heads include LED-light-emitting heads, microcurrent-emitting heads, a treatment head having an abrasive or pebbled surface, as well as a bristle brush head. Other versions of the treatment head may combine the features of the aforementioned heads. In another version, the handpiece and treatment head are integrated and not exchangeable. In this second version, a combination LED-light-emitting outer ring surrounds a central dual-lobe massage surface. The dual-lobe massage surface may be made from an inert material such as silicone, or it may be metallic in order to provide emission of therapeutic microcurrents.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING INTERMITTENT STIMULATION USING ELECTRICAL STIMULATION SYSTEMS
A system for providing electrical stimulation to a patient includes a processor configured to: provide a time-ordered arrangement of multiple stimulation instances, where each of the stimulation instances is configured to produce a different stimulation field from each other stimulation instance in the arrangement; provide an ON/OFF switch pattern that includes alternating ON periods and OFF periods; generate an intermittent stimulation program that corresponds to repetition of the arrangement of stimulation instances with omission of each of the stimulation instances occurring during the OFF periods; and initiate a signal that provides a pulse generator with instructions that enable the pulse generator to generate stimulation according to the intermittent stimulation program using an electrical stimulation lead coupled to the pulse generator.
METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING OPTIMAL REGIONS FOR CARDIOVERSION THERAPY (VARIANTS)
The group of inventions relates to medicine (physiotherapy). Electric stimuli which are generated by the following ringing circuit: active electrode-inductive storage unit-passive electrode-interelectrode tissues-active electrode, contain oscillations which are used as a test signal. In one variant of the method the electrodes are successively applied (in another variantmoved uniformly) across the skin area. Every time the electrodes-to-skin contact is detected, the oscillation parameters are recorded after a delay. Moreover, the values of parameters can be averaged. The group of invention provides the use of both combined and disjointed (separated) electrodes. An optimal zone for electropulse therapy is identified by minimal or maximal value of one or more parameters of the aforementioned oscillations and the use of the principle of small asymmetry. The group of inventions provides an increase in the accuracy with which zones optimal for electropulse therapy are identified and localized.
APPARATUS AND METHOD OF NON-INVASIVE DIRECTIONAL TISSUE TREATMENT USING RADIOFREQUENCY ENERGY
Some embodiments of the invention may be related to an apparatus for non-invasive directional tissue treatment. The apparatus includes a radiofrequency (RF) generator and an array of RF energy delivery elements in monopolar configuration, in active communication with the RF generator, at least one of: a return electrode and a return pad, and a power source and a controller. In some embodiments, each of the RF energy delivery elements comprises a monopolar electrode such that each monopolar electrode has a first dimension and a second dimension, the first dimension perpendicular to the second dimension. In some embodiments, the first dimension of each monopolar electrode and the distance between the monopolar electrodes in each pair are configured to create an elongated heated volume of tissue when the RF generator is activated and at least one of the RF delivery elements is in contact with the tissue.

An ECG signal correlation and display system is provided which includes memory configured to store ECG data corresponding to electrical signals, acquired over time, from different areas of a heart and location data corresponding to acquired location signals indicating locations of the different areas of the heart from which the electrical signals are acquired. The system also includes a processing device configured to generate, from the ECG data and the location data, mapping information for displaying a map of the heart and determine a location of an anatomical region of the heart on the map. The processing device is also configured to determine which of the plurality of electrical signals are acquired from the anatomical region of the heart and generate correlated ECG signal information for displaying the electrical signals determined to be acquired from the anatomical region of the heart.
