Methods and devices for tissue treatment using mechanical stimulation and electromagnetic field
Devices and methods for tissue treatment produce a mechanical stimulation therapy and electromagnetic field therapy. The mechanical stimulation therapy provides stimulation of blood circulation and stimulates treated cells. The electromagnetic field enables thermal treatment of tissue. Combination of both therapies improves soft tissue treatment, mainly connective tissue in the skin area and fat reduction.

Provided herein is a multifunctional aesthetic system including a housing, an electromagnetic array situated in the housing and having a plurality of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) sources, each EMR source configured to generate an EMR beam having a wavelength different than that of an EMR beam generated by another of the EMR sources, a controller in electronic communication with the array to operate two or more of the EMR sources to direct the EMR beam to a treatment area, and a sensor in electronic communication with the controller for providing feedback to the controller based on defined parameters to allow the controller to adjust at least one operating condition of the multifunctional system in response to the feedback.

Provided are conformable light delivery devices for increasing light penetration depth and related methods. The device comprises a tissue penetrating member having a distal end and a proximal end, the tissue penetrating member configured to penetrate the tissue of the patient to be inserted into the tissue, wherein the tissue penetrating member is at least partially optically transparent along a surface of the tissue penetrating member positioned between the distal end of the tissue penetrating member and the proximal end of the tissue penetrating member to provide optical transmission of at least a portion of the light through the surface of the tissue penetrating member, thereby allowing at least the portion of the light to be delivered into the tissue of the patient when the tissue penetrating member is inserted into the tissue; and a substrate that supports the tissue penetrating member.

Device and operation method thereof for laser skin treatment of skin features extending along a path, in particular veins, by collaborative motion between an operator and a robotic support, comprising: a skin, in particular vascular, further in particular vein, treatment laser head having a laser beam target line, and a robotic support of said laser head; further comprising, attached to the laser head or to the robotic support where the laser head is supported: a camera for capturing skin surface images, one or more handles for handling by the operator, a force sensor for sensing the intensity and direction of force applied to the handle or handles by the operator for controlling the robotic support, and an electronic data processor configured for carrying out the steps comprising: capturing an image of skin surface comprising a skin feature to be treated; identifying, from said captured image and proximal to where the laser beam target line intersects the skin surface, the path of the skin feature to be treated; applying, through the robotic support, a transversal force, to the laser head along a transversal direction to said path and towards said path; while allowing freely controllable movement of the robotic support by the operator along the direction of said path.

Certain exemplary embodiments can provide an apparatus and method for generating at least one radiation. The exemplary apparatus and/or method can selectively kill and/or affect at least one bacteria. For example, a radiation source first arrangement can be provided which is configured to generate at least one radiation having one or more wavelengths provided in a range of about 190 nanometers (nm) to about 230 nm, and at least one second arrangement can be provided which is configured to prevent the at least one radiation from having any wavelength that is outside of the range.
A NOVEL PHOTOTHERAPY FACE MASK
A phototherapy face mask is provided for emitting therapeutic radiation towards the facial region of a user and aims to restore the youthful appearance of the user who is wearing the mask. The phototherapy mask comprises an outer surface and an inner surface, wherein the inner surface is aligned with the facial skin of the user. A flexible PCB layer is provided between the inner surface and the outer surface, on which a plurality of coherent light sources such as LEDs are mounted. The light sources are configured to emit radiation preferably in the visible and infrared range of the electromagnetic spectrum. The mask further includes a medicament chamber which is operably coupled to a piezoelectric pump that dispenses the medicament at regular intervals. The medicament is uniformly distributed all over the facial region of the user through a plurality of pores of the mask.
