Pseudo-Sinusoidal Waveform Generator for HART Communication
A communication system includes a first system input adapted to be coupled to a DC transient current transitioning between a starting level and a target level on a pseudo-sinusoidal path and incudes a second system input adapted to be coupled to a HART signal. The system includes an adder circuit having an output, a first adder input coupled to the first system input and a second adder input coupled to the second system input. The adder circuit provides a superimposed signal comprising the HART signal and the DC transient current.
Signal transmission device
A signal transmission device includes a transmission line. The transmission line is configured to receive a signal transmitted from a transmission device, and output the signal to a receiving device. The transmission line includes a signal suppression device. The signal suppression device is coupled to the receiving device, and is configured to suppress a reflection signal reflected from the receiving device. The signal suppression device includes a pull-up element and a compensation element. The pull-up element is configured to decrease an equivalent impedance from the signal suppression device to the receiving device. The compensation element is configured to compensate for the equivalent impedance from the signal suppression device to the receiving device. A first terminal of the pull-up element is coupled to a first terminal of the compensation element, and a second terminal of the compensation element is coupled to the receiving device.

ELECTRICAL SIGNAL TRANSMISSION CABLE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USING SAME
Electrical signal transmission cable systems and methods of using the same are disclosed. The systems and methods use an electrical signal transmission cable system, wherein the electrical signal transmission cable system includes a parallel set of electrical signal transmission cables in electrical communication between an electrical signal transmitting device and an electrical signal receiving device.
Communication apparatus
In a communication apparatus, an analog circuit executes an analog process to a differential signal in a condition that a potential of a first conductor is a reference. A communication circuit receives, via a connection circuit, a differential signal obtained by the execution of the analog process of the analog process is executed and generates, based on the received differential signal, a signal with a reference corresponding to a potential of a second conductor. An inductor (a connection element) is connected between the first conductor and the second conductor. The connection circuit includes a circuit element other than a capacitor.
BUILDING, TRANSMITTING, AND RECEIVING FRAME STRUCTURES IN POWER LINE COMMUNICATIONS
Methods for building, transmitting, and receiving frame structures in power line communications (PLC) are described. Various techniques described herein provide a preamble design using one or more symbols. One or more preamble symbols may be interspersed within a header portion of a PLC frame to facilitate estimation of a frame boundary and/or sampling frequency offset, for example, in the presence of impulsive noise.

Systems and methods for signal isolation in radio frequency circuit boards
Systems and methods for isolating radio frequency (RF) signals in high frequency circuit assemblies, including but not limited to 5G communication systems, are provided. The circuit assemblies include an RF suppression structure, which can be in the form of a low ohm resistor, that extends across a transmission line, and that has contacts that are electrically joined to a ground plane. Alternatively or in addition, the circuit assemblies include a low ohm resistor that extends over a transition between a signal via and an end of a transmission line, and that has contacts that are electrically joined to a ground plane. A circuit assembly as disclosed herein can further include multiple low ohm resistors spaced apart from one another by a distance that is a fraction of a wavelength of a highest frequency signal carried by the transmission line.
