COMMUNICATION CONTROL DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL SYSTEM
According to an embodiment, a communication control device includes a communication unit and a jamming control unit. The communication unit wirelessly communicates with a first device and uploads information acquired from the first device to a second device via a network. The jamming control unit allows jamming radio waves to be output to interfere with wireless communication between the first device and a device other than the communication control device, the device being to perform wireless communication in a communication band used by the first device.
ANTI-EAVESDROPPING METHOD FOR IOV BASED ON INTERMITTENT COOPERATIVE JAMMING
Disclosed is an anti-eavesdropping method for the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) based on intermittent cooperative jamming. The method comprises: on the premise of effectively preventing an illegitimate user V.sub.e from information eavesdropping, first establishing optimization problems for the purpose of minimizing an energy consumption of a cooperative jamming user V.sub.j; analyzing unique communication characteristics of the IoV based on the Wireless Access in Vehicular Environments (WAVE) protocol, to obtain time structures of physical-layer data packets in the IoV and physical-layer data packet duration; and calculating the shortest physical-layer data packet duration in the IoV; then solving an optimal cooperative jamming scheme for any available power range for the cooperative jamming user V.sub.j; and finally, conducting, by the cooperative jamming user V.sub.j, periodic repetition according to the solved optimal cooperative jamming schemes in a period of data transmission between legitimate users, until transmission between the legitimate users ends.
Device agnostic audio path sealing
In accordance with some embodiments, an apparatus that seals the audio path of an enclosed device is provided. The apparatus includes a first housing portion and a second housing portion, when mated, are arranged to enclose a device, where a surface of the second housing portion is arranged to impart pressure on the device toward the first housing portion. The apparatus further includes a first supporting portion disposed along one side of the first housing portion and arranged to support the device. The apparatus also includes a first liner disposed in the first housing portion and arranged to form a first cavity, where the first cavity is adjacent to the first supporting portion. The apparatus further includes a noise generator operable to provide noise signal stream and a first audio output device coupled to the noise generator operable to output first masking signals to the first cavity.
NFC tags with proximity detection
Systems, apparatuses and methods provide for detecting the proximate placement of an external NFC reader to a specific location on a display surface. The display surface can be intended for viewing indicia and enabling interaction with an NFC communication device embedded within the display. A circuit can control an NFC security system that can scan for unauthorized tags affixed to the surface of a display. The NFC security system may be activated by an NFC enabled mobile phone placed proximate to the indicated region for receiving an NFC coded message from the display. An NFC security scan can be performed prior to the mobile phone reading the message from the intended NFC tag in the display. Enabling interactive display modes can allow for making selections indicated on the display or detecting motion gestures across the face of the display.
GAME TABLE READING SYSTEM
The game table reading system comprises reading antennas for each of a plurality of reading areas of a game table, read-restriction antennas for each of the plurality of the reading areas, the read-restriction antennas restricting the RFID tag embedded in a game token placed in the corresponding reading area from being read by the reading antenna corresponding to the other adjacent reading areas, a reading control device that controls the reading antennas, and a read-restriction control device that controls the read-restriction antennas. The read-restriction control device causes the read-restriction antennas corresponding to the reading areas adjacent to the reading areas corresponding to the reading antenna that the reading control device causes to read, in synchronization with the reading control device.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA CONTAINED ON AN RFID-ENABLED DEVICE
A system for protecting personal data contained on an RFID-enabled device, suitable for use with an RFID system including an RFID reader configured to extract information from an RFID chip associated with the RFID-enabled device, includes a personal data protection system including a personal data protection device configured to prevent reading of the RFID chip associated with an RFID-enabled personal item.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS TO DETECT AND COUNTER DENIAL OF SERVICE ATTACK IN VEHICLE COMMUNICATIONS
A method for detecting and countering denial of service attacks in V2X communication includes providing a vehicle with a wireless communication system including an antenna and providing a controller in communication with the wireless communication system. The method includes receiving a wireless communication, analyzing the wireless communication and determining if a first condition is satisfied. When the first condition is satisfied, the method includes calculating an angle of arrival of the wireless communication, predicting a location of a source of the wireless communication relative to the vehicle, and adjusting a gain pattern of the antenna to block reception of additional wireless communications from the source of the wireless communication.
Assembly comprising a noise emitting element
An assembly of a standard RFID/NFC element and a scrambling element for outputting wireless noise in response to a wireless request signal from a terminal, such as NFC, RFID or the like. The scrambling element has a noise generating circuit and an antenna for receiving the request signal and outputting a voltage. The scrambling element further comprises a voltage increasing element receiving the voltage from the antenna and feeding a higher voltage to the circuit to have the circuit start operation faster than the circuit of the standard RFID/NFC element.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DISRUPTING UNAUTHORIZED COMMUNICATIONS IN LOW FREQUENCY RADIO COMMUNICATION DEVICES
Systems and methods for disrupting unauthorized communication in low frequency radio communication devices are provided. Traditional systems and methods may fail to provide for disrupting unauthorized communications by generating low frequency signals in the same band as the low frequency bands of the low frequency radio communication devices. Embodiments of the present disclosure provides for overcoming the limitations faced by the traditional systems and methods by generating, via a square wave generator and a device coil of a low frequency radio communication device, low frequency signals; integrating the low frequency signals on a computing device by implementing a power controlling technique; and disrupting, via the integrated low frequency signals on the computing device, unauthorized communications in the low frequency radio communication device.
