DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD AND APPARATUS, COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM

Data transmission methods are provided. A data transmission method applied to a device supporting multi-link communication includes: determining channel status of at least two links in multiple links of the device; and determining whether to transmit first data on a first link of the at least two links based on the channel status of the at least two links.

REPETITION AND TIME DOMAIN COVER CODE BASED SOUNDING REFERENCE SIGNAL RESOURCES FOR ANTENNA SWITCHING

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may use cover coding for sounding reference signal (SRS) resources for performing antenna switching. The UE may receive a configuration for a reference signal resource set for transmitting a reference signal for antenna switching, the configuration including an indication of a type of time division cover coding for repetitions of the reference signal and an indication of a type of frequency hopping. The UE may determine a reference signal resource for transmission of the reference signal based on the configuration and the type of frequency hopping. The UE may then transmit a set of repetitions of the reference signal over the determined reference signal resource according to the type of time division cover coding.

Methods and apparatus to facilitate layer 1 cross-carrier repetition

Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating layer 1 cross-carrier repetitions are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication includes determining a repetition configuration for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) or a configured grant (CG) associated with a data transmission on a first entity and at least one repetition of the data transmission on a second entity. The example method also includes receiving the data transmission and the at least one repetition of the data transmission. The example method also includes combining the data transmission and the at least one repetition of the data transmission to decode the data transmission.

Short control channel element (SCCE) to short resource element groups (SREG) mapping for short physical downlink control channel (SPDCCH)

Short Control Channel Elements (SCCE) to Short Resource Element Groups (SREG) mapping for Short Physical Downlink Control Channel (SPDCCH) is provided. A User Equipment (UE) receives a communication from a base station; determines a mapping between one or more SCCE and corresponding SREG; and processes the communication based on the mapping. A base station determines a mapping between one or more SCCE and corresponding SREG for a communication to a UE and transmits a communication to the UE based on the mapping. In this way, the localized and distributed SCCE to SREG mapping for CRS-based SPDCCH is defined. Also, the SCCE to SREG mapping for 2 and 3 OFDM symbols DMRS-based SPDCCH is defined. For DMRS-based SPDCCH, a distributed configuration at SCCE level is defined. This may improve latency and can improve the average throughput of a communications system. Radio resource efficiency could be positively impacted by latency reductions.

A wireless transmitter (10, 11) transmits user data using Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing modulation on a shared wireless medium having a bandwidth organized in multiple resource units. Based on a mapping of the user data to the resource units, the wireless transmitter (10, 11) modulates a symbol of the user data onto a first set of subcarriers of a first resource unit of the resource units and redundantly modulates the symbol onto a second set of subcarriers of a second resource unit of the resource units. The mapping of the user data to the resource units is based on possible puncturing patterns applied to the resource units.

In communication devices and methods configured to communicate with each other, bits of a continuous bit stream are allocated to resource units of different sizes. Various options are disclosed that differ in both implementation complexity and diversity achieved. Furthermore, exemplary implementations are provided that consider the definition of resource units of IEEE802.11ax as a baseline and outline the operation of the bit allocation for combination of resource units of various sizes.

RADIO BASE STATION, USER TERMINAL AND RADIO COMMUNICATION METHOD

The present invention is designed so that the decrease of spectral efficiency can be reduced even when coverage enhancement is attempted in communication by user terminals in which the bandwidth to use is limited to partial reduced bandwidths in a system bandwidth. A radio base station communicates with a user terminal in which the bandwidth to use is limited to partial reduced bandwidths in a system bandwidth, and this radio base station has a transmission section that transmits a downlink signal to the user terminal in repetitions, and a control section that controls transmission by applying a transmission method to use frequency hopping or a transmission method to use frequency scheduling to the downlink signal, and the transmission section transmits information about the transmission method to apply to the downlink signal to the user terminal.
