A method comprises transmitting an Activation/Deactivation MAC CE to indicate or update the association between aperiodic SRS triggering state(s) and the aperiodic SRS resource set(s) for the SRS request field value carried by DCI format 0_1 or 1_1 or DCI format 2_3 with a higher layer parameter srs-TPC-PDCCH-Group=typeB or the SRS CC set(s) for the SRS request field value carried by DCI format 2_3 with the higher layer parameter srs-TPC-PDCCH-Group=typeA.
DEMODULATION REFERENCE SIGNAL BUNDLING FOR SIDELINK COMMUNICATIONS
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A first wireless device may establish a sidelink communications link with a second wireless device. The first wireless device may transmit, to the second wireless device, an indication of a capability to support a configuration for phase continuity between multiple physical channel transmissions of the sidelink communication link. The first wireless device may transmit one or more physical channel transmissions, which each may be associated with a set of one or more demodulation reference signals (DMRSs) to the second wireless device in accordance with the indicated configuration for phase continuity between the physical channel transmissions. The second wireless device may determine channel parameters associated with the one or more physical channel transmissions based on a joint channel estimation associated with the one or more sets of DMRSs.
Communication apparatus and communication method
Disclosed are a transmission device and a transmission method with which it is possible to prevent delays in data transmission and to minimize the increase in the number of bits necessary for the notification of a CC to be used, in cases where a CC to be used is added during communication employing carrier aggregation. When a component carrier is to be added to a component carrier set, a setting section provided in a base station: modifies a CIF table that defines the correspondence between code points, which are used as labels for the respective component carriers contained in the component carrier set, and the identification information of the respective component carriers; and assigns a vacant code point to the component carrier to be added, while keeping the correspondence between the code points and the component carrier identification information defined in the CIF table before modification.
Downlink control information signaling schemes for bandwidth part switching
Different sets of downlink control information (DCI) fields may be configured for DCI that includes an indication to trigger bandwidth part switching at a user equipment (UE). For example, a UE may receive DCI that triggers the UE to switch operation from a first bandwidth part to a second bandwidth part. The UE may also identify a set of transformable DCI fields and a set of non-transformable DCI fields within the DCI. The UE may then determine updated content of the DCI for application to the second bandwidth part based on whether DCI fields are included in the set of transformable or the set of non-transformable fields. In some cases, the UE may identify a null assignment in the received DCI and may switch its operation from the first bandwidth part to the second bandwidth part based on the null assignment.
Techniques for selecting RSMA spreading code for periodic traffic in internet-of-everything devices
Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques to reduce overhead and improve resource management by efficiently selecting RSMA spreading code for periodic traffic in IoE devices. For example, in accordance with one technique, the IoE device, during an initial access to the base station, may notify the base station of the traffic periodicity of the IoE device such that the base station may assign a spreading code from a dedicated pool that is not utilized during the periodic access of the device. Additionally or alternatively, another technique to reduce overhead and improve resource management may include the IoE devices broadcasting the selected RSMA spreading code that the IoE devices intends to use in discovery broadcasts (DBs) along with the IoE device traffic periodicity such that the IoE devices may autonomously manage selection of RSMA spreading code that avoids collisions for the same traffic periodicity.
System information and paging monitoring for multiple synchronization signal blocks
A configuration to enable a UE to select a new CSS set to use for monitoring for PDCCH based on changing conditions at the UE. The apparatus may receive, from a base station, a first indication of a search space for monitoring for a channel for at least one of system information, paging, or user data. A first set of monitoring occasions based on the search space indicated by the base station. The apparatus may determine a second set of monitoring occasions different than the first set of monitoring occasions based on a condition experienced by the apparatus. The apparatus may monitor for the channel based on the second set of monitoring occasions determined by the apparatus.
Downlink Data Sending Method, Downlink Data Receiving Method, and Apparatus
This application discloses a downlink data sending method, a downlink data receiving method, and an apparatus, and relates to the communication field, to resolve a problem that feedback information fails to be sent, and consequently, a retransmission probability of downlink data is increased, and data transmission efficiency is reduced. When at least two of P PDSCHs in one slot overlap in time domain, a network device cancels sending of partially overlapping PDSCHs. If one first PDSCH whose sending is canceled is the last repetition in PDSCH repetitions of first data, and a terminal device receives another repetition in the PDSCH repetitions of the first data before the first PDSCH, the terminal device still sends feedback information for the first data to the network device in a feedback slot corresponding to the first PDSCH.
CONTROL CHANNEL MONITORING RULES FOR INTER-CELL BEAM MANAGEMENT
Methods and apparatus, including computer program products, are provided for control channel monitoring. In some example embodiments, there may be provided a method that includes receiving, at the user equipment, an indication of a codepoint activation, wherein the codepoint activation indicates that a transmission configuration indicator state being activated is associated with a second physical cell identifier different from a first physical cell identifier of a serving cell of the user equipment; and in response to the transmission configuration indicator state being activated in association with the second physical cell identifier, suspending control channel monitoring of at least one set of core resources associated with the first physical cell identifier of the serving cell of the user equipment. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also disclosed.
DYNAMIC PHASE TRACKING REFERENCE SIGNAL (PTRS) ACTIVATION
Aspects of the present disclosure can be implemented in a method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes receiving dynamic signaling from a network entity of an indication to activate or update a set of phase tracking reference signals (PTRS) parameters, and processing PTRS for at least one of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) or a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), in accordance with the indication.
CONFIGURATION OF A REFERENCE SIGNAL FOR SECONDARY CELL ACTIVATION
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a trigger state associated with a configuration for receiving one or more secondary cell (SCell) activation reference signals. The UE may receive the one or more SCell activation reference signals based at least in part on the configuration. Numerous other aspects are described.
