A representation of a workflow comprising a plurality of tasks is obtained. An execution of an instance of the workflow is initiated. The execution comprises selecting, with respect to a particular task of the workflow, a particular execution resource option from a set comprising at least a first execution resource option and a second resource execution option. A result of the execution is stored.
VISUAL OVERLAYS FOR NETWORK INSIGHTS
Examples described herein include systems and methods for providing network insights on a graphical user interface (“GUI”). The GUI can visualize network errors to help administrative or information technology users more quickly identify issues with an enterprise application. The enterprise application can report network request information to a server. Then the GUI can present visual overlays that compare error metrics between different time cycles of the application. The visual overlay can graphically display these errors on top of one another for immediate relative visualization. Additionally, a grouped list of host destinations can be simultaneously provided. The destination addresses can be abbreviated, and errors grouped accordingly in a manner that provides advantageous error visualization.
Replication of control plane metadata
Techniques for replicating control plane metadata across regions are described. A method for replicating control plane metadata across regions may include receiving a request in a home region of a provider network to make a change to a cross-region service, receiving an event stream by a cross-region replication service, the event stream including the change to the cross-region service, and replicating, by the cross-region replication service, the change to the service in at least one of a plurality of expanded regions of the provider network, based on at least one attribute associated with the change in the event stream.

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, storing, in a database, subscriber information associated with a plurality of subscribers of a wireless carrier, the subscriber information comprising first subscriber information associated with a first subscriber of the wireless carrier, the first subscriber information comprising first configuration data for a first router of the first subscriber, the first router being located at a first physical location; wirelessly receiving from a second router of the first subscriber, via a wireless service of the wireless carrier, a first registration request made by the second router, the second router being located at a second physical location; responsive to receiving the first registration request, generating first provisioning information, the first provisioning information being based at least in part upon the first configuration data for the first router that is stored in the database; and wirelessly sending to the second router, via the wireless service of the wireless carrier, the first provisioning information, the first provisioning information enabling the first router and the second router to communicate with one another via the wireless service through a first tunnel mechanism. Methods and systems for configuring system
The present invention discloses methods and systems for configuring a second system. The system of the present invention determines at least one configuration and the identity information of the second system. The at least one configuration is then sent to the second system. The second system is configured with the at least one configuration. The at least one configuration can be sent through an SMS message, a USB modem plugged in the second system, or NFC. Additionally, the at least one configuration may comprise an APN. The at least one configuration may also be used to configure the second system to establish one or more VPN connections.

The present invention discloses a method for managing user information of an application. The method is applied to a user management device of a cloud platform, where the cloud platform is configured to bear an application registered by a user with the cloud platform. The method includes: receiving a user management registration request of a first application, where the first application is one of applications registered with the cloud platform, and the user management registration request of the first application carries an identifier of the first application; creating a user management instance for the first application according to the user management registration request and the identifier of the first application, where the user management instance is used to manage user information of the first application; and invoking the user management instance to process a service that is in the first application and related to the user information.
Programmable infrastructure gateway for enabling hybrid cloud services in a network environment
An example method for a programmable infrastructure gateway for enabling hybrid cloud services in a network environment is provided and includes receiving an instruction from a hybrid cloud application executing in a private cloud, interpreting the instruction according to a hybrid cloud application programming interface, and executing the interpreted instruction in a public cloud using a cloud adapter. The method is generally executed in the infrastructure gateway including a programmable integration framework allowing generation of various cloud adapters using a cloud adapter software development kit, the cloud adapter being generated and programmed to be compatible with a specific public cloud platform of the public cloud. In specific embodiments, identical copies of the infrastructure gateway can be provided to different cloud service providers who manage disparate public cloud platforms; each copy of the infrastructure gateway can be programmed differently to generate corresponding cloud adapters compatible with the respective public cloud platforms.
Method and system for managing network service
A method for managing network service includes: when a target server is in a self-controlled “ON” state, detecting, by the target server, an actual on-and-off state of a target network service every preset period of time, and acquiring, by the target server, a standard on-and-off state of the target network service from a control center; if the target network service needs to be turned off based on the standard and actual on-and-off states, sending, by the target server, a service turn-off request of the target network service to the control center; if it is allowed to turn off the target network service, sending, by the control center, a service turn-off notification to the target server, and updating the standard on-and-off state of the target network service of the target server to an “off” state; and after receiving the service turn-off notification, turning off, by the target server, the target network service.
System for creating data-connected applications
A system for building a software application may comprise a database and a hardware processor. The database may be configured to store a plurality of object definitions, each object definition being configured to cause an executing processor to perform specific processing when executed. The hardware processor may be configured to cause a user interface to be displayed; receive, from the user interface, a selection of a plurality of the object definitions and an input specifying at least one relationship between the plurality of the object definitions; create an application definition based on the selection and the input; and provide an application interpreter configured to enable the executing processor to process the application definition. The software application may include the application definition and the application interpreter.
