A fault is determined to exist in the group of communication paths between the root network node and the leaf network node. The operations also can include determining that a defined network node of the network nodes is a source of the fault based on respective positions of user equipment experiencing the fault relative to the defined network node. Further, the operations can include removing the fault based on controlling a functionality of the defined network node.

Computational methods and systems troubleshoot problems in a data center network. A dependency graph is constructed in response to an entity of the network exhibiting anomalous behavior. The dependency graph comprises nodes that correspond to metrics of entities that transmit data to and receive data from the entity over the network and edges that represent a connection between metrics. An anomaly score is determined for each metric of the dependency graph. Correlated metrics connected by the edges of the dependency graph are determined. Time-change events of the metrics of the dependency graph are also identified. Each metric of the dependency graph is rank ordered based on the anomaly scores, correlations with other metrics, and the time-change events. Higher ranked metrics are more likely associated with a problem in the network that corresponds to the anomalous behavior of the entity.

Asset Error Remediation for Continuous Operations in a Heterogeneous Distributed Computing Environment

The video transmission state abnormality detection device prepares a transmission/reception IP flow table by aggregating IP flow information for the devices, detects an abnormality in transmission on the basis of the transmission/reception IP flow table, and specifies the location of the abnormality. The abnormality detection device according to the present invention can automatically detect the amount of traffic and specify which part of a transmission path an abnormality is caused on, without the need for advance setting. Therefore, video or sound traffic can be monitored efficiently.
