A method and system corrects a content delivery infrastructure. The method of the system includes receiving a request to resolve reported issues for the content delivery infrastructure, collecting content delivery metrics for the content delivery infrastructure, executes a language transformer model on the request and the content delivery metrics to generate a set of possible resolutions with confidence ratings, and implementing an automated solution based on a resolution from the set of possible resolutions, in response to the resolution having a confidence rating above a threshold.

A system and a method of establishing seamless remote access VPN connections are described. For establishment of a VPN connection for a user device, a cluster leader of a cluster of controllers identifies an active controller and a standby controller, based on network load of each controller of the cluster of controllers. An active VPN connection is established between the user device and the active controller and a standby VPN connection is established between the user device and the standby controller. The standby VPN connection is utilized in place of the active VPN connection during failover of the active controller. Because information of an active session is regularly shared by the active controller to the standby controller, the standby controller can seamlessly resume the active session during failover of the active controller.

Examples relate to a system comprising a cluster of worker nodes communicatively connected to a control plane. The control plane includes a first control switch and a second control switch. The control switches are configured with a virtual IP address. The IP address is associated with a control switch operating in an active mode. The control switches communicate with a cluster of worker nodes via the virtual IP address. A single instance of a key-value database is deployed on one of the first control switch and the second control switch that is operating in active mode, and the first control switch and the second control switch are functionally coupled by a distributed block system for data synchronization.

This application provides a data processing method and a related device, to keep data consistency between a management device and a forwarder in a multi-head management scenario. The method performed by a first management device in the plurality of management devices includes: sending a lock instruction to the forwarder; performing difference comparison between target data of the first management device and corresponding data that is on the forwarder and that corresponds to the target data to obtain a comparison result; and synchronizing the target data with the corresponding data if the first management device determines, by using the comparison result, that the target data and the corresponding data do not match, so that the target data matches the corresponding data.

Example running status switching methods, apparatuses, active/standby management systems, and network systems are described herein. One example method includes a first management apparatus determining a connection status corresponding to at least one reference apparatus managed by an active/standby management system, and then switching between an active state and a standby state based on the connection status corresponding to the at least one reference apparatus. The connection status corresponding to the reference apparatus includes a connection status between the at least one reference apparatus and at least one management apparatus in the active/standby management system, and the at least one management apparatus includes the first management apparatus. The management apparatus can switch the running status of the management apparatus without relying on a third-party apparatus.

Embodiments of the present disclosure include systems and methods for determining readiness for switchover operations for network devices. A policy definition specifying a set of criteria and a set of instructions is received. Based on the set of instructions, a first supervisor module is determined whether it is ready for a switchover operation based on the set of criteria. The switchover operation includes a second supervisor module configured as a backup to the first supervisor module taking over for the first supervisor module. A set of conditions are determined whether they are satisfied. When the set of conditions are determined to be satisfied and the first supervisor module is determined to be ready for the switchover operation, the switchover operation is triggered to cause the second supervisor module to take over for the first supervisor module.
