Systems and methods for high capacity power delivery to remote nodes
Embodiments include a power distribution access network comprising power sourcing equipment (PSE) having a hybrid power-data port and at least one remote distribution node coupled to the PSE. The PSE delivers power at a first voltage to the distribution node and the distribution node delivers power at a second voltage to a remote device. Delivery of power to the distribution nodes may be based on information from the distribution node. Other embodiments include a power distribution access network with remote distribution nodes daisy-chained together by hybrid power-data cables so that a power line and a plurality of optical lines pass along the distribution nodes. The optical lines sequentially drop off along the chain and a remainder of the optical lines is indexed at each distribution node. Remote powered devices are coupled to the distribution nodes. Each remote powered device receives power and optical signals from the respective remote distribution node.
Generating actionable alert messages for resolving incidents in an information technology environment
Machine data reflecting operation of a monitored system is ingested and made available for search by a data intake and query system (DIQS). A monitoring function may search the data ingested by the DIQS to determine instances of notable events in regards to the monitored system and may further determine a defined invokable action message (IAM) associated with a notable event instance. Processing ensues to send an IAM to a communications device used by support personnel. The IAM includes information about an action invocation message (AIM) suitable to cause the performance of an action that possibly remedies or improves an operational condition represented by the notable event. Support personnel engages a user interface representation corresponding to the AIM and the AIM is sent to a remedial node where performance of the action is invoked.
Method, apparatus, and system for monitoring network access state of network distribution device
A method including a network configuration device acquiring at least one channel including at least one of the following channels: a target channel and at least one initial channel, wherein the target channel is a channel used when the network distribution device is connected to a hotspot successfully; the network configuration device sending a request message to the network distribution device through the at least one channel; and the network configuration device determining, in the case of receiving a response packet, network state information of the network distribution device based on the response packet, wherein the network distribution device feeds back the response packet based on the request message. The present disclosure has solved the technical problem in the conventional techniques that users fail to determine whether the network distribution device has accessed a network successfully when the network distribution device is accessing the network.
Method, Apparatus, and Device for Reducing Terminal Power Consumption
A method for reducing terminal power consumption includes sending, by a terminal device to an access device, power saving indication information indicating a power saving capability of the terminal device, and when the terminal device is idle, determining, by the access device, a sleep mode of the terminal device based on the power saving indication information and sending a sleep signal to the terminal device to indicate the terminal device to enter the sleep mode.
IPMI over redfish
An information handling system may include at least one processor; and a non-transitory memory coupled to the at least one processor. The information handling system may be configured to: receive a command associated with an Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) protocol; package the command for transmission according to a Redfish protocol; and transmit the packaged command to a Redfish interface of a management controller, wherein the management controller is configured to unpackage and execute the command.
NETWORK INFORMED POLICY CREATION
Embodiments for optimizing a backup operation for a data protection system, by connecting with network devices in a network implementing the backup operation, the backup operation implementing a policy that specifies a plurality of service requirements and that is initiated at a time within a plurality of time windows, and determining a size of dataset to be backed up by the backup operation. The method further monitors a flow of data between a source and a destination of data in the network, compiles historical data of operational parameters for data transfers between the source and destination, and determines an optimum time within the plurality of time windows based on the dataset size and the historical data.
Method and Device for Detecting User Data of User Equipment UE, and Storage Medium
This application discloses a method and device for detecting user data of UE, and a storage medium. The central detection node device determines abnormal UE based on core network signaling data, determines an abnormal group feature based on the abnormal UE and sends the abnormal group feature to an edge detection node device. Where the abnormal UE is UE with an abnormal behavior and the abnormal group feature includes an identifier or a user data transmission mode used by the abnormal UE to perform communication.
Data center management over a power plane
Data center management over a power plane, including: coupling, via a plurality of power planes, a management hub to one or more servers; and transferring, via the plurality of power planes, data between the management hub and the one or more servers.
NOTIFYING SERVICE PROVIDER OF WI-FI GATEWAY ISSUES
Methods and systems of notifying a service provider regarding Wi-Fi gateway issues are shown and disclosed. In one embodiment, the method includes detecting, via a Wi-Fi gateway, an issue related to the Wi-Fi gateway, and embedding, via the Wi-Fi gateway, information related to the detected issue in an IEEE 802.11 management frame. The method additionally includes broadcasting, via the Wi-Fi gateway, the IEEE 802.11 management frame with the embedded information, and receiving, via an application running on a Wi-Fi device, the IEEE 802.11 management frame with the embedded information. The method further includes transmitting, via the application running on the Wi-Fi device, the embedded information to the service provider.
Failover port forwarding between peer storage nodes
Systems and methods for failover port forwarding between peer storage nodes are described. Storage nodes may include separate data ports for host network communication and peer network communication. In the event of host port failure, host nodes may be configured to send failover storage requests to a different storage node and that storage node may forward the failover storage request through the peer ports to reach the target storage node.
