A digital twin system is able to provide a virtual representation of physical device and network infrastructure components in real-time. The digital twin system receives an indication of a user account associated with one or more devices associated with a network. The digital twin system identifies one or more network infrastructure components for the network which interact with the one or more devices associated with the user account. The digital twin system receives data describing the interaction of the devices with the network infrastructure components. The digital twin system causes the data describing the interaction of the devices to be displayed to a user.

A method performed by an agent for handling an event of a network service deployed in a cloud environment is provided. The agent is capable to access to a server in the cloud environment. The agent obtains information from the server. The information is about an event of the network service. When the network service relates to a Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) network, the agent decides whether to register network service with or without an associated address of a load balancer of the network service. The agent then registers in a core network node operating in the 3GPP network, the network service with or without an associated address of a load balancer of the network service according to the event and according to the outcome of the deciding.

The client is configured to request an address from a DNS server of the host network. Systems and methods for media processing and streaming are provided. A method is performed by a Network-Based Media Processing (NBMP) source of a Framework for Live Uplink Streaming (FLUS) system. The method includes obtaining descriptions of capabilities of a FLUS sink via a FLUS source; and sending, to an NBMP workflow manager of the FLUS system via a path that does not include the FLUS source and the FLUS sink, a request to create or modify a workflow of the FLUS system based on the descriptions of the capabilities obtained.

A device may include a processor configured to register a network function, of a core network associated with a radio access network, in a network function repository for the core network. The processor may be further configured to obtain load information for the network function, wherein the load information indicates a load associated with the network function during a time period; determine that the load associated with the network function has reached a threshold based on the load information; and send an alert to an orchestration system to adjust a capacity for the network function, in response to determining that the load associated with the network function has reached the threshold.

Embodiments include methods performed by a V2X user equipment (UE) for service discovery from a V2X application server (AS). A method comprising discovering workload attributes and identify dependencies, receiving utilization performance measurements including memory utilization measurements of at least a subset of workloads, grouping workloads based on the workload attributes, the dependencies, and the utilization performance measurements into affinity groups, determining at least one representative synthetic workload for each affinity group, each representative synthetic workload including a time slice of a predetermined period of time when there are maximum performance values for any number of utilization performance measurements among virtual machines of that particular affinity group, determining at least one cloud service provider (CSP)'s cloud services based on performance of the representative synthetic workloads, and generating a report for at least one of the representative synthetic workloads, the report identifying the at least one of the representative synthetic workloads and the at least one CSP's cloud services including cloud workload cost.
