System and method for converting an email thread to an instant message group
Systems and methods for initiating an instant messaging chat session from an email thread are described. In examples, an email thread including at least one email is received and user identifiers form the at least one email are extracted. Presence information associated with each user identifier of the plurality of user identifiers is obtained and then ordered. The ordered plurality of user identifiers together with their presence information are displayed in a user interface window. A determination to display a user control associated with an instant messaging capability is based on the presence information associated with at least one user identifier of the plurality of user identifiers. Upon receiving an indication that the user control associated with the instant messaging chat capability is selected, an instant messaging chat session is initiated.
Reduction in network congestion
A system, method and non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions that when read by a processor perform receiving a list including a plurality of possible recipients of telephony network connections, the recipients identified by a telephony number, determining a status characteristic of the intended recipient based on the addressing information, based on the status characteristic, determining whether the intended recipient would successfully receive a telephony connection request if the telephony connection request was forwarded to the intended recipient, and indicating the determination of whether the intended recipient would successfully receive the telephony connection request on the list.
USER RE-ENGAGEMENT WITH ONLINE PHOTO MANAGEMENT SERVICE
An online photo management service that stores a collection of photos belonging to a user can send re-engagement messages to the user that can include photos automatically selected from the collection. The selection can be based on a scoring algorithm that rates the photos according to a set of attributes and computes a score based on the attributes and a set of weights. Based on user responses to re-engagement messages, the weights can be tuned to more reliably select photos likely to result in user re-engagement with the stored collection of photos.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COORDINATING AND CONTROLLING PRODUCTION PROCESSES AND INTER-RELATED DECISION MAKING PROCESSES
A communication system is provided that includes a plurality of communication devices and a plurality of servers. The servers are communicatively coupled to the communication device and each server hosts a service accessible by the communication devices. One of the servers or at least one of the communication devices may communicate with at least one of the servers and the communication device to monitor communication events related to a project defined for monitoring by user input provided for creating the project for purposes of monitoring the project.
MESSAGE DISPLAY METHOD, APPARATUS, AND DEVICE
Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of electronic information technologies, and disclose a message display method, apparatus, and device. The method in the embodiments of present invention includes: receiving first input information; extracting key information in the first input information, matching the key information and a user name, and determining a target user name; and binding the first input information and the target user name, and sending, to a receiver terminal, the first input information and the target user name that are bound, so that the receiver terminal displays a reminder message according to the target user name. The present invention is applicable to a scenario in which a user needs to quickly browse information.
ENHANCED DIGITAL MESSAGING
Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method of processing messages received in an asynchronous communication system. In some embodiments, the method includes analyzing interactions on a digital communication channel, determining that the interactions have paused for an amount of time, analyzing content of the interactions to determine an estimate of the amount of time, updating a state of the agent to release the agent for the estimated amount of time, and setting a timer that will automatically change the state of the agent back to an occupied state for the interactions at a future time that aligns with an expiration of the timer.
METHODS AND APPARATUSES FOR PUSHING A MESSAGE
Apparatuses and methods are disclosed for pushing a message. An exemplary method may include extracting, when the message to be pushed is detected, user information and application information in the message. The method may also include acquiring link information corresponding to the user information and the application information. The method may further include determining registered devices of the user information and registered applications on each registered device according to the user information, the application information, and the link information. The method may further include adding, when a plurality of registered applications on a registered device exist, identification information about the plurality of registered applications to the message corresponding to the registered device. The identification information and message contents contained in the message may be extracted and the message contents may be respectively sent to each registered application corresponding to the identification information by the registered device after receiving the message.
Automated session participation on behalf of absent participants
The technology disclosed herein enables an absent participant to participate in a communication session. In a particular embodiment, a method includes identifying a meeting for an automated attendee to attend on behalf of a user. At a time for the meeting, the method includes joining the automated attendee to a communication session for the meeting. In the automated attendee, the method provides monitoring, in real-time, user communications exchanged between two or more other users over the communication session. During the monitoring, upon identifying a portion of the user communications that is relevant to the user, the method provides notifying the user about the portion.
