20220385603 · 2022-12-01 ·

Systems and methods are provided for generating personalized messages. One example method includes identifying a media item at a first computing device and identifying a group of one or more recipients to send the media item and a personalized message to. An association between a user of the computing device and a recipient from the group is identified. A personalized message is generated based at least in part on the association between the user and the recipient. The media item and personalized message are sent to the recipient from the first computing device.

CONTENT SYNDICATION

A method is provided that includes receiving, by a first process executing on an electronic device and from a second process executing on the electronic device, a request for links to content items that are associated with the second process. The method further includes obtaining, by the first process and from a link index, a link to a content item associated with the second process, wherein the link index is locally stored on the electronic device and the link index comprises links to content items communicated via a third process executing on the electronic device. The link to the content item obtained from the link index is provided by the first process for presentation by the second process, wherein selection of the link causes the second process to present the content item.

A system comprising email processing circuitry, web server circuitry, third-party interface circuitry, and a database, wherein the database stores information about a plurality of users. The system receives, via a network, a first email message and generates a modified first email message by insertion of a link to remotely-hosted content in the received email message. The system transmits, via a network interface, the modified first email message. The system receives, via a network, a request for the remotely-hosted content, and updates the database based on information contained in the request for the remotely-hosted content. The system receives, via a network, information about activity on a third-party system, and updates the database based on the information about activity on the third-party system. The system receives a second email message, determines an action to take on the second email message based on information in the database, and takes the action.

Embodiments include computer-implemented methods and systems for detecting undesirable and potentially harmful online behavior. The embodiments described and claimed could also be applied to detecting any other type of online behavior to be detected, but the descriptions focuses on detecting online violence. More particularly, the embodiments disclosed relate to detecting online violence using symbolic methods of natural language processing (NLP) that utilize and govern the usage of: 1) syntactic parser for analyzing grammatical context of the input text data, 2) unsupervised learning methods for improving selected aspects of the system and adjusting the system to new data sources and guidelines, and 3) statistical classifiers for resolving specific well-defined sub-tasks, in which statistical approaches surpass the symbolic methods.

Method, system, and non-transitory computer-readable record medium for providing content copyright in chatroom

Disclosed is a method, system, and non-transitory computer-readable record medium for protecting content copyright in a chatroom. A content protection method includes adding, by at least one processor, a mark to content in a chatroom, the mark including chatroom information for identifying the chatroom in response to a user request from a user associated with the content in the chatroom, and executing, by the at least one processor, a function corresponding to the user request using the content to which the mark is added.

Systems and methods for including enriched calling information in rich communications services (RCS) messaging

A messaging platform may send, based on a query, information identifying one or more virtual assistants to a user device. The messaging platform may receive, from the user device, a response identifying a particular virtual assistant, of the one or more virtual assistants, wherein the virtual assistant is associated with an organization. The monitoring platform may send, to the user device, information related to the particular virtual assistant and may communicate, via the particular virtual assistant, with the user device via a rich communications services (RCS) communication session. The messaging platform may receive, from another device associated with the organization, a request to communicate with the user device and may convert the request into an RCS message. The messaging platform may send, via a server device, the RCS message to the user device to allow the user device to perform one or more actions.
