A method for space time region based communications in a data communication network is disclosed. The method includes performing an initial assignment of bubble data, the bubble data including a bubble spatio temporal information data representing a volume of space time, the bubble data further including a content data thereby assigned to the spatio temporal information data; providing a spatio temporal coordinate data associated with at least one user of the data communication network, determining if the spatio temporal coordinate data is deemed to be within the volume of space time represented by the bubble spatio temporal information data, and granting access to the content data to the at least one user of the data communication network if the spatio temporal coordinate data is determined to be deemed to be within the volume of space time represented by the bubble spatio temporal information data.

A system for sending one or more electronic messages to one or more intended recipients each having access to an electronic communication device is provided. The electronic messages include a predefined address format and the one or more intended recipients are associated with one or more fixed geographic locations. The system includes a sender user interface operable to enable a sender to create and send one or more electronic messages to one or more predefined message addresses. The system further includes a computer processor in communication with the sender user interface and configured to resolve the one or more predefined addresses with respective associated fixed geographic locations, and forward the one or more electronic messages to one or more electronic message accounts associated with the one or more predefined addresses. Further, one or more recipient user interfaces are operable to enable intended recipients, associated with one or more fixed geographic locations, to access the one or more electronic messages sent to the message accounts associated with the recipient's fixed geographic location.

A location-based mobile messaging shopping network is provided that acquires location data from a mobile computing device (MCD), receives the location data at a server, generates a collection of businesses and individual sellers offering goods or services in the location associated with the location data based on the service area of the businesses and individual sellers and user location, and establishes a real-time communication channel between the businesses and MCD. The MCD displays various real-time communication channels to enable the user of the MCD to communicate with the businesses, and enables the user to purchase goods and services directly through the real-time communication channels displayed on the MCD.

Techniques for detecting instances of external fraud by monitoring digital activities that are performed with accounts associated with an enterprise are disclosed. In one example, a threat detection platform determines the likelihood that an incoming email is indicative of external fraud based on the context and content of the incoming email. To understand the risk posed by an incoming email, the threat detection platform may seek to determine not only whether the sender normally communicates with the recipient, but also whether the topic is one normally discussed by the sender and recipient. In this way, the threat detection platform can establish whether the incoming email deviates from past emails exchanged between the sender and recipient.
