Systems and methods for an enterprise computing platform may include a server that may include a desktop-as-a-service module, a user behavior analytics module, a remote monitoring and management module, an analytics-as-a-service module, an insider threat prevention and monitoring module, and a project tracker module. The server or modules may provide remote desktop sessions in an efficient and convenient manner, may analyze user behavior and automatically execute corrective actions in response to rules violations, and may monitor and manage multiple computer systems and computing sessions as to their statuses, versions, authentication, or compliance.
Automated internet protocol (IP) warming
A method, apparatus, and system for internet protocol (IP) warming is described. Some systems may send large volumes of communication messages from a single IP address. If the IP address does not have a strong sender reputation, these emails may be sent to spam folders or blocked, and the IP address may be blacklisted. To build a strong sender reputation, a user may implement an IP warming plan for the IP address. To support automated IP warming, an application may identify a target number of communication messages to transmit from the IP address, retrieve communication information for a target set of devices, generate, for the IP address, a set of transmission thresholds corresponding to a set of time durations for transmitting communication messages based on the target number of communication messages and the communication information, and transmit a set of communication messages based on the set of transmission thresholds.
Automated internet protocol (IP) warming
A method, apparatus, and system for internet protocol (IP) warming is described. Some systems may send large volumes of communication messages from a single IP address. If the IP address does not have a strong sender reputation, these emails may be sent to spam folders or blocked, and the IP address may be blacklisted. To build a strong sender reputation, a user may implement an IP warming plan for the IP address. To support automated IP warming, an application may identify a target number of communication messages to transmit from the IP address, retrieve communication information for a target set of devices, generate, for the IP address, a set of transmission thresholds corresponding to a set of time durations for transmitting communication messages based on the target number of communication messages and the communication information, and transmit a set of communication messages based on the set of transmission thresholds.
NEGATIVE SIGNAL PROBABILITY DETERMINATION AND CONTENT ITEM SELECTION
One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods are provided. In an example, a sequence of actions performed using a first interface on a first client device may be identified. A first negative signal probability may be determined based upon the sequence of actions. The first negative signal probability may correspond to a probability of receiving a negative signal associated with a first content item from the first client device responsive to presenting the first content item via the first interface on the first client device. The first interface on the first client device may be controlled based upon the first negative signal probability.

One or more implementations may: manage environment state information maintaining a collaboration environment; receive user input indicating one or more selections of the message buttons corresponding to the preset messages from client computing platforms associated with the one or more users; update, responsive to receiving the first user input indicating selection of the first message button, a first communication parameter for the first unit of work; and effectuate presentation of the first preset message corresponding to the first message button within a graphical user interface associated with the first unit of work.

Authentication Question Generation Based on Statement Availability
Methods, systems, and apparatuses are described herein for improving computer authentication processes by generating authentication questions based on the availability of statements. A computing device may receive a request for access to an account. The computing device may receive transactions data that indicates a plurality of transactions. The computing device may determine that a first subset of the plurality of transactions were indicated in one or more statements sent to the user. The computing device may determine that a second subset of the plurality of transactions have not been indicated in the one or more statements sent to the user. The computing device may generate authentication questions based on the first subset and the second subset. The computing device may receive candidate responses to the authentication questions, and provide access to the account based on the candidate responses.

The system comprises an interaction control system, an interaction routing system, and a media translation system. The system takes in requests from customers to text, email, or chat with a businessperson and facilitates the interaction by routing, masking, and converting where necessary. The routing is selected from a list of various algorithms and methods to determine the best businessperson to route the customer to. Masking by the system holds anonymity between the customer and businessperson, while conversion happens when the customer and businessperson are using two different communication vehicles such as from text messaging to email.
