System and method for omnichannel text-based router and communication system
A system and method for omnichannel text-based routing and customer-to-enterprise communications. The system comprises an interaction control system, an interaction routing system, and a media translation system. The system takes in requests from customers to text, email, or chat with a businessperson and facilitates the interaction by routing, masking, and converting where necessary. The routing is selected from a list of various algorithms and methods to determine the best businessperson to route the customer to. Masking by the system holds anonymity between the customer and businessperson, while conversion happens when the customer and businessperson are using two different communication vehicles such as from text messaging to email.
Communication systems with message intervention and CRM integration
A method may include receiving a message having lead information, initiating a conversation with a prospect identified in the lead information, and sending a modified version of the message to a CRM system, wherein the modified version of the message includes information about the conversation. The information about the conversation may include a hyperlink to the conversation in a messaging platform. The method may further include assigning the prospect identified in the lead information to a representative. The modified version of the message may identify the representative. The representative may be identified by sender information in the modified message. The conversation may include a message to the prospect identified in the lead information. The message to the prospect may be automatically personalized to the prospect. The message having lead information may be intercepted between a lead source and a CRM system.
TECHNIQUES FOR TRANSMITTING MESSAGES SUBJECT TO MULTIPLE RATE LIMITS
Techniques are disclosed for transmitting electronic messages subject to multiple rate limits. In some embodiments, a send-side rate limiter employs a sliding log or other rate limiting technique to determine whether requests to transmit messages comply with rate limits associated with those messages. When the transmission of a message does not comply with associated rate limits, a negative acknowledgment message is sent to a queuing system, causing the message to be reinserted into a queue for later transmission. In addition, delivery rate limits are established for each queue in the queuing system to throttle the delivery of messages to a send service that makes requests to transmit messages to the send-side rate limiter.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF TRACKING THE DELIVERY AND POST-DELIVERY STATUS FOR ELECTROMAGNETICALLY TRANSMISSIBLE CONTENTS DELIVERED VIA USER INITIATED AND CONTROLLED HYBRID DELIVERY MODES WITH THE CONTINUING INTERPLAY OF AN ADDRESS-LINKED MACHINE-READABLE CODE SYSTEM WITH ANALYTICL FUNCTIONAL MODULES
The present invention discloses a network communication system that includes an AFM-enabled network processing center for receiving and converting an electronic or electro-magnetically transmissible data/content into a physically deliverable object and/or network transmissible content data files for carrying out a hybrid delivery of the data/content by a physical delivery process and/or a network electro-magnetic delivery process to a recipient or an ECRMA. A machine-readable code such as QR code is used in the continuous information flow among the various components of this system. This unique machine-readable code is associated with multiple kinds of address-linked information, user-related personally identifiable information or biometric information. This code also embodies some derivative component(s) which can be individually accessed and manipulated. This code also reflects, by the various analytical functional module implemented in this system, improved features from the interactions between the sender and the recipient. The delivery status of the electronic contents or the tangible item and their post-delivery activities are tracked by a variety of mechanisms and the information obtained from the tracking is send back to the content-senders. The continuous communication between the content sender and recipient is enabled through the AFM-enabled system and the related unique machine-readable code.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MESSAGE FILTERING
Message filtering and management systems in a chat forward task facilitation communication system are described. One implementation involves receiving one or more pre-filtering inputs from a member, where the inputs include task associations to identify message types to hide or display from a real-time chat interface based on the task associations. A set of messages are processed in real-time using a filtering algorithm to associate one or more tasks with messages of the set of messages, where the one or more tasks correspond to a set of tasks performable by the representative on behalf of the member. A first message is displayed based on the one or more pre-filtering inputs and a first task association with the first message, and a second message is hidden or not displayed based on the one or more pre-filtering inputs and a second task association with the second message.
Communications and analysis system
An electronic communications method includes sending, by a user device, an electronic communication to a device. The electronic communications method further includes receiving, by the user device, an electronic confirmation message. The electronic communications method further includes sending, by the user device, electronic information. The electronic communications message further includes receiving, by the user device, a value. The value is based on electronically analyzing simultaneous electronic information being sent to the device. The electronic communications message further includes receiving, by the user device, an electronic recommendation message. The electronic recommendation message includes a recommended schedule of communications based on the score. The electronic communications method further includes sending, by the user device, an electronic request message based on the value and the electronic recommendation message.

Message renotification
In response to determining that an original message from a sender has been viewed by one or recipients of the original message, a determination is made whether the original message has been edited by the sender. In response to determining that the original message has been edited, another determination is made whether the edits are critical based, at least in part, on a change of context of the original message. In response to determining that the edits are critical, re-notifying the one or more recipients that the original message has been edited by the sender.
