APPLICATION AWARE ANNOTATIONS IN ONLINE COLLABORATIVE SESSIONS
An online collaborative session application executing on a processing device tracks a state of an application shared by the processing device over an online collaborative session. The online collaborative session application receives data indicative of an annotation made to an instance of the application as part of the online collaborative session. A first location of the annotation relative to the instance of the application is determined from the data indicative of the annotation and the state of the application. Based on the tracking, a change to the state of the application is determined. A second location of the annotation is determined based on the change of the state of the application.
ENTERPRISE TELEPHONY INTERCONNECT SERVICE
In various embodiments, a mobile device connected to a cellular network performs a credential exchange with a telephone not connected to an Internet Protocol (IP) network. The mobile device relays, via the cellular network, registration information between the telephone and a telephony interconnect service, based in part on the credential exchange. The mobile device receives an indication of a telephone call associated with a user of the mobile device. The mobile device proxies, via the cellular network, the telephone call between the telephony interconnect service and the telephone.
Hold announcement configuration
A method and apparatus for managing a HOLD announcement in a communication network. At an Application Server, AS, a message is received from a user terminal, the message comprises of an indicator, specifying whether the AS should provide a HOLD announcement in the event of a change in direction of a media stream between the user terminal and a further node during a session. The AS stores the indicator in a memory. Upon determination that a change in direction of the media stream has occurred, the AS determines, from the indicator, whether or not to provide the HOLD announcement to the further node.
Device-resident media files
A device is configured for communications over an IP network. The device comprises a user interface, a memory interface for accessing information media files stored in a memory in the device or associated with the device, and a media file streamer. The device is configured to receive an instruction from the IP network during establishment of a call, during a call, or at termination of a call, the instruction identifying one or more of the media files. The device is configured to access the identified media file from the memory via the memory interface and to stream the identified media file to convey the information in the media file via the user interface.
Web real-time communication call transferring method and apparatus
A web real-time communication WebRTC call transferring method and apparatus. The method includes receiving a first identifier used for identifying a to-be-transferred call, where the to-be-transferred call is a WebRTC call having been established between a source terminal and a remote terminal, sending, according to the first identifier, a first request message used for requesting page information corresponding to the to-be-transferred call to a WebRTC server, and establishing, according to identification information of the remote terminal in the page information sent by the WebRTC server, a call connection used for bearing the to-be-transferred call with the remote terminal. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, the WebRTC call between the source terminal and the remote terminal may be transferred to between the destination terminal and the remote terminal, thereby implementing transferring of a WebRTC call between terminals.
Origination and Destination Based Routing
One or more aspects of the disclosure relate to various functions and processes related to routing of calls based on origination and/or destination information. In one aspect, a method may comprise receiving a request for a call session, and the request may include an indicator that may indicate whether to route a call based on origination and/or destination information of the call session. Based on the indicator, a routing element may determine whether the call session should be routed based on origination information and/or destination information.
Networked Microphone Device Control
Systems and methods disclosed herein include, while a microphone of a first networked microphone device is enabled, determining whether a first reference device is in a specific state, and in response to determining that the first reference device is in the specific state, disabling the microphone of the first networked microphone device. Some embodiments further include, while the microphone of the first networked microphone device is enabled, receiving a command to disable the microphone of the first networked microphone device via one of the microphone of the networked microphone device or a network interface of the networked microphone device, and in response to receiving the command to disable the microphone of the networked microphone device via one of the microphone of the networked microphone device or the network interface of the networked microphone device, disabling the microphone of the networked microphone device.
Mobile devices having a common communication mode
A second communication mode can be enabled for a source device and a destination device. Each device can be a mobile device having a first communication mode and a default number for the first communication mode. The default numbers for the source device and the destination device can be stored. A call request can be received from the source device operating in the second communication mode. The call request can be directed to the default number of the destination device. The destination device can be determined as a client based on the default number of the destination device. A communication session can be established between the source device and the destination device over a network upon determining the destination device is an active client.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR HANDLING OF MEDIA-BASED ROUTING
Abstract: A method and apparatus can be configured to receive a first session-initiation-protocol (SIP) message relating to an attempt to make a call. The method may include determining that the attempt to make the call is an attempt to make a multime-dia-messaging-emergency-services call. The method may include transmitting an indication of the attempt to make the multimedia-messaging-emergency-services call. The indication is transmitted to a second node. The method may also include transmitting a second session-initiation-protocol message relating to a denial of serving the multimedia-messaging-emergency-services call.
Volte-based voice call method and system
Disclosed in the present invention is a VoLTE-based voice call method. The method comprises: a calling terminal determining whether a VoLTE call mode is activated: if so, the calling terminal generating a call request, the call request comprising contact card information of the calling terminal; and the calling terminal sending the call request to the called terminal, so as to enable the called terminal to acquire the contact card information of the calling terminal from the call request. The present invention can facilitate users to exchange contact card information.
