A request to separate a transfer into a plurality of parts may be received, the request defining a total amount and a total time period. A plurality of request for transfer links may be prepared. Each of the links may be associated with a different transfer time period, each transfer time period being less than or equal to the total time period. Each of the links may be associated with a separate transfer part amount, and a summation of the separate transfer part amounts may be equal to the total amount. A plurality of request for transfer links may be provided to a transferor device, each link allowing a transfer to fulfill the separate transfer part amount to be performed without requiring input of the separate transfer part amount or recipient information.

A point cloud file transmission method includes obtaining a point cloud file and extension information corresponding to the point cloud file, the point cloud file comprising point cloud data, the extension information providing information for a service. The service is implemented using the point cloud data. The method further includes indicating a correspondence between an item of the extension information and an item in the point cloud file by (i) the item in the point cloud file indicating an index of the item of the extension information or (ii) a file level location of the item of the extension information. The method further includes transmitting the point cloud file and the extension information to a receiving device, so that the receiving device performs the service using the point cloud data based on the extension information.

An approach for staged data backup is provided. The approach comprises downloading data to be backed up, by one or more processors, from at least one of cloud computing servers in a plurality of stages into a local cache, wherein each of the plurality of stages corresponds to a time point when a corresponding downloading operation starts, and a time point corresponding to the last stage of the plurality of stages is the time point when a request to back up the data is received. The approach comprises merging, by one or more processors, downloaded data corresponding to each of the plurality of stages into up-to-date data. The approach further comprises saving, by one or more processors, the merged up-to-date data corresponding to the last stage as a backup dataset.

The present invention proposes a method for providing a broadcast content in an apparatus, the method comprising: requesting a filter code to an application running on the apparatus by using a first Application Programming Interface (API); receiving a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) object from the application in response to the first API; storing the filter code; receiving an Extended File Delivery Table (EFDT) having a first filter code associated with a first file; and selectively downloading the first file by comparing the stored filter code with the first filter code in the EFDT.
