Keypad Fluid Guard for Inmate Phones
Disclosed herein is a keypad fluid guard for preventing keypad failure in inmate phones from exposure to fluids. The keypad fluid guard comprises a first portion that extends in a first plane in a direction along a width of a telephone casing of an inmate phone; and a second portion that extends in a second plane in a direction along a length of the telephone casing, wherein the second portion comprises a set of tabs for mounting the first portion of the keypad fluid guard in between a switchhook and a keypad of the inmate phone.
Resident Information Box
A resident information box system incorporating the installation of call boxes within each apartment structured and arranged to be linked to a single phone number for delivering messages from management, without having to waste natural resources, like paper and electricity, as well as the time and effort of the management staff.
AUXILIARY RADIO COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED DISPATCH CONSOLE
Embodiments provide an auxiliary radio communications system with an integrated dispatch console. The system can have at least one deskset; at least one AC power supply, wherein the AC power supply supplies power to the at least one deskset and at least one battery backup; a physical wire input/output board connected to at least one base station; and a programmable logic circuit, wherein the programmable logic circuit controls the interaction of the deskset and the physical wire input/output board. Multiple redundant AC circuits can be used. The communications system can communicate with one or more base stations, either via physical wires and/or through wireless communication means. Redundant communications systems can ensure that communication is not interrupted in the event of an emergency.
MOBILE ELECTRONIC DEVICE FIXING MODULE
A mobile electronic device fixing module includes a mobile electronic device and a base. The mobile electronic device includes an assembling interface and a first transmission terminal group. A ring-shaped groove is formed in the assembling interface. The base is assembled with the assembling interface. The base includes plural rotary fixing slices and a second transmission terminal group. The second transmission terminal group corresponds to the first transmission terminal group. When the base is assembled with the assembling interface and the plural rotary fixing slices are rotated, the plural rotary fixing slices are inserted into the ring-shaped groove to be in a locked state, or the plural rotary fixing slices are removed from the ring-shaped groove to be in an unlocked state. When the base is assembled with the assembling interface, the second transmission terminal group is electrically connected with the first transmission terminal group.
Method and system for filtering movements between virtual environments
In response to a teleport request, teleport destination characteristics are determined and compared against preferences, characteristics and restrictions of an avatar as indicated by metadata or tags to determine if the teleport destination is suitable for teleportation of that avatar. If the destination is found unsuitable, a search is conducted, preferably based on unmatched metadata of the avatar or the destination to suggest or directly substitute a suitable teleportation destination. Metadata for the avatar and the destination can include metadata which is dynamic (such as destination occupancy or processing capacity) adaptively developed or based on current or historical usage and virtual universe system status.
Cell phone case with integrated hooks
The cell phone case with integrated hooks is configured for use with a personal data device. The cell phone case with integrated hooks is a housing that contains the personal data device. The cell phone case with integrated hooks comprises a housing, a plurality of fasteners, and a removable pad. The plurality of fasteners are retractably installed within the housing. Each of the plurality of fasteners attach the housing to a vertical surface such that the personal data device may be hung from the vertical surface thereby allowing the personal data device to be used in a hands free manner. The removable pad provides an anchor point for use by the plurality of fasteners when hanging the personal data device.
INTERNET PHONE SYSTEM
An internet phone system includes an internet phone main body, at least one expansion device and at least one multiple-layer connecting card. The internet phone main body includes a first connecting port. The at least one expansion device includes a second connecting port. One end of the multiple-layer connecting card is connected to the first connecting port, and the other end is connected to the second connecting port such that the internet phone main body can be electrically connected to the expansion device via the multiple-layer connecting card.
Retaining device for a mobile communication device
A retaining device for a mobile device having an accommodating module, into which the device can be inserted and on which a guide, support, and/or positioner for the device and a connector for electrically contacting the communication device are provided, and having a rotation module, on which the accommodating module is retained. The accommodating module can be rotated together with the rotation module about a first pivot axis from and to a first operating position and a second operating position. A housing is provided, in which the accommodating module and the rotation module are provided at least in some sections and on which the rotation module is retained. The accommodating module can be moved from an accommodating position, in which the device can be inserted into the accommodating module, to the first operating position and/or to the second operating position by rotating the accommodating module about a second pivot axis.
Apparatuses and methods for streaming audio and video
A wirelessly enabled mirror includes a mirror, a wireless data system, and a data output interface. The mirror has a front side and a back side. The wireless data system includes a wireless data module. The wireless data system is fixed to the back side of the mirror. The wireless data module is configured to communicate with a user device and to receive wireless data from the user device. The data output interface is configured to receive data from the wireless data module, and the data is derived from a wireless stream of data.
System and method of wireless charging
