Hierarchy based graphical user interface generation
One or more embodiments related to a method of generating a graphical user interface. The method includes obtaining an interface hierarchy having multiple nodes, where each node defines a visualization for the node, and the interface hierarchy defining an ordering on the nodes. The method further includes traversing the interface hierarchy starting with a selected node to obtain a subhierarchy, and creating the graphical user interface from a general interface by populating the general interface with the visualization. The method further includes providing the graphical user interface.
Reduction in network congestion
A system, method and non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions that when read by a processor perform receiving a list including a plurality of possible recipients of telephony network connections, the recipients identified by a telephony number, determining a status characteristic of the intended recipient based on the addressing information, based on the status characteristic, determining whether the intended recipient would successfully receive a telephony connection request if the telephony connection request was forwarded to the intended recipient, and indicating the determination of whether the intended recipient would successfully receive the telephony connection request on the list.
TOLL-FREE TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND DATA MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
A Toll-Free Management Platform (TFMP) includes methods and systems for number administration, customer administration, call management services, texting services and text registry, and a smart services registry. The TFMP may allow users to receive through a web-based interface, an activate request from a user, wherein the request includes at least a customer record template reference and an indication of when to active a toll-free telecommunications number associated with the request. The request may include at least one IP address datum associated with the toll-free telecommunications number. A user interface may allow activating a toll-free number, and users may access the TFMP to create and access existing templates of toll-free call routing templates, and utilize a routing tree engine to create customized call routing trees for the toll-free numbers of interest to the user.

CALL TRAFFIC DIAGNOSTICS IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS
Telephone calls within one or more telephone networks (or portions thereof) are animated in real time as they occur, or over some past period in real time or at a user-selected speed. Each animated call displays the call's progress from its first connection to its final disconnection, along with intervening connection delays and transition events (e.g., transfers, holds, conferences, etc.). Animated display of multiple concurrent calls allows network administrators to easily and intuitively diagnose telephone network issues and more easily devise solutions, particularly where such display is provided in combination with concurrent measures of telephone network efficiency.

TOLL-FREE NUMBERS METADATA TAGGING, ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
A toll-free tagging service is provided that includes a subscription-based service that is made available to responsible organizations, consumers and businesses. The toll-free tagging service may provide the ability to tag a toll-free number (or group of numbers), and once a number is tagged, to track updates to that number that may then be distributed to customers through emails/text messages or other means. Subscribers of the toll-free tagging service may also have the ability to create, view, update and delete tags through a web application, mobile application, or some other user interface.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR A MULTITENANCY TELEPHONE NETWORK
A method and system for operating a multitenancy telephony system including a call queue that stores call requests received from a plurality of users; an expandable and contractible telephony resource cluster that establishes call sessions for call requests; a analysis system that calculates capacity requirements of the system; a resource allocator that manages the scaling and operation of the telephony resource cluster; and a plurality of telephony network channels that are used as telephony communication channels for call sessions.
