Doorbell communication systems and methods
11575537 · 2023-02-07 · ·

The disclosure includes a method for using a doorbell system to detect a presence of a visitor. The doorbell system can comprise a doorbell having a speaker, a microphone, a camera, and a button. The method can include detecting, by the doorbell system, the presence of the visitor while the visitor is located outside a building to which the doorbell is attached. The building can include a door having a lock that is configured to fasten the door to inhibit unauthorized entry into the building. In response to detecting the presence of the visitor, the method can include the step of actuating, by the doorbell system, a first appliance associated with the building.

Automated Call Queue Agent Conversation Item Selection
20230030202 · 2023-02-02 ·

Agent conversation item selection is automated by a server that automatically detects speech in a call and converts that speech to text. Software running on the server retrieves one or more items from a data store based on a determination that the text includes one or more keywords or a change in the subject of the call. The keywords can include phrases. The retrieved items include one or more of scripts, articles, manuals, daily bulletins regarding a system state, or any resource that can be used to assist with a customer call or interaction. The software running on the server generates a user interface (UI) output based on the retrieve items, and transmits the UI output to an agent device. Software running on the agent device receives the UI output and displays the retrieved items on a display of the agent device.

Location Determination and Telephone Number Distribution for Emergency Calls
20230034158 · 2023-02-02 ·

Location determination and telephone number distribution for emergency calls is enabled by a telephony system which maintains multiple pools of telephone numbers. Each pool corresponds to a different region such that the pools of telephone numbers are defined at the region-level rather than at the site-level. The telephony system determines the location of a calling device initiating an emergency call regardless of whether the calling device is at a known site. Based on the determined location of the calling device, one of the pools of telephone numbers which corresponds to that location is selected. The telephony system thereafter distributes a telephone number for the calling device to use for the emergency call from that selected pool of telephone numbers to facilitate an emergency call between the calling device and a local public safety answering point.

METHOD AND SERVER FOR PROVIDING A CALL SERVICE
20230031315 · 2023-02-02 · ·

A method of providing a call service includes: receiving a current location of a first terminal from the first terminal; acquiring information on a time at which the current location is received; acquiring the degree of demand of a vehicle call around the current location; determining whether a call pattern of a user corresponding to the first terminal is stored; determining a vehicle call UI displayed in the first terminal according to the current location, the time, a degree of demand, and existence/non-existence of the call pattern of the user corresponding to the first terminal; and transmitting information about the vehicle call UI to the first terminal.

Velocity-Based Presence Detection and Routing Rule Selection
20230029512 · 2023-02-02 ·

A velocity of a device of a user is detected using one or more sensors of the device. If the detected velocity is within a first range, a determination is made that the user is driving. A presence update is transmitted to a server based on the detected velocity. The detected velocity may include altitude data. The server receives the presence update and updates a presence status based on the presence update. The server transmits a user interface (UI) output to a second device to update a user presence indication on a display of the second device.

ON-PREMISES POSITIONING DETERMINATION AND ANALYTICS SYSTEM

The present disclosure provides methods and systems for tracking a shopper route at a retail enterprise. Location information associated with assets can be collected at a retail location, from which a detailed route through the retail location may be recreated and overlaid on map data reflecting a retail location layout. Further analysis may be performed on the route. Additionally, the route may be overlaid on a map, including business context information and point-of-sale transaction information, allowing for various metrics and metric visualizations to be generated that can be further analyzed to achieve various objectives.

Audio processing method, device, and apparatus for multi-party call

An audio processing method for a multi-party call. The method includes obtaining a preset attribute value of each of at least one audio signal currently obtained by a first electronic device participating in a multi-party call, determining a target attribute value configured for the audio signal collected by the first electronic device, and detecting a first audio signal from the at least one audio signal currently obtained by the first electronic device and prohibiting the first electronic device from outputting the first audio signal. The preset attribute value is configured for the audio signal collected by each of a plurality of electronic devices participating in the multi-party call according to an attribute configuration rule determined according to a positional relationship between the plurality of electronic devices. A comparison result between a corresponding preset attribute value of the first audio signal and the target attribute value satisfies a first condition.

CALL FORWARDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FORWARDING A CALL TO A TERMINAL THROUGH NEAR-FIELD WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
20230123133 · 2023-04-20 ·

In a call forwarding system, a management apparatus of the call forwarding system determines service terminals capable of near field wireless communication within a reception range of near field wireless communication, generates a terminal list, and receives a call event message reporting the receipt of a call from a reference terminal. The management apparatus may transmit a call report message including the terminal list to the reference terminal and the service terminals. The management apparatus may forward the call initially received by the reference terminal to a terminal which transmitted a receipt request message by transmitting a call forwarding request message to the reference terminal. The management apparatus may transmit, to the reference terminal and the service terminals, a receipt report message reporting the call was forwarded. According to a change receipt message or upon non-receipt by an intended terminal, the call may be reforwarded to another terminal.

METHOD FOR INTERACTING WITH A NETWORK DEVICE
20230123854 · 2023-04-20 ·

A method for interacting of a PSAP with a portable network device includes detection of a trigger signal of an eyewitness-button and storing call log data of the call by the PSAP. A signaling connection between the portable network device and the PSAP can be set up and a geographical area of interest close to the actual location of the portable network device can be determined. At least one external portable network device of a list can be scanned and the scanning result from the at least one external portable network device of the list can be forwarded to the PSAP via the signaling connection after it is protected by the PSAP. Systems and devices can utilize embodiments of the method.

Translation Method and Electronic Device
