CALL PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE
A call processing method and call processing device are provided. The method provides a media server that receives an initial call request sent by a calling terminal and forwards the initial call request to a called terminal. The media server receives a success response to the initial call request from the called terminal, and performs video resource negotiation with the called terminal.
The media server sends, based on video resource negotiation with the called terminal, a video stream to the called terminal. In an audio call process between a calling user and a called user, a video stream can be sent to the called user. This improves user experience and improves network capability utilization.
Multi-modal approach to a secure and closed solution for providing scheduled notifications
A multi-modal portal system provides an authorization prior to establishing a visual interface connection between a support user or caller and a client user or receiving party. Once the caller is authorized, the caller is permitted to drop-in such that a visual interface connection is established with the receiving party. The authorization can be based on a profile configuration that indicates whether the caller has the credentials required for the visual interface. The authorization can require that a notification be sent to a trusted user or primary contact or the caller can be associated with a profile configuration that allows for a pre-authorization without requiring the notification. Also, a schedule associated with the profile configuration can ensure a video notification of one or more scheduling parameters to the client user as well as the receipt of a video response from the client user.
NETWORK SERVICE SYSTEM, COMPUTER STORAGE MEDIUM FOR COMMUNICATION, AND NETWORK SERVICE METHOD
A network service system, a computer storage medium for communication, and a network service method are provided. The system includes: a communication module and a data processor, the data processor including a storage module, the storage module storing an identification code; and the communication module is configured to receive a communication request from a user terminal, the communication request including the identification code; and the communication module is further configured to establish a communication connection to a target terminal according to the identification code set by the network service system and a target code, the target code enabling the target terminal to communicate with the user terminal in real time by using an Internet Protocol (IP) network.
Providing audio announcement to called parties
The present disclosure describes a system, method, and computer-readable medium for providing audio announcement of communications to a called party in a communication network. The method includes receiving communication from a calling party and performing a lookup of information relating to the calling party in a database via an Internet Protocol connection based on an identifier of at least one of the calling party and the called party. The information comprises one or more audio files. The method then provides the audio announcement to a called party based on the audio files.
Computer-implemented method of processing an emergency incident and emergency communication network
A method of processing an emergency incident reported to a PSAP by a plurality of callers can include checking, at the PSAP, if video calls have been received from the same specified location within a predetermined time period, and if it is determined that there are such further video calls, feeding at least a part of the video call and the further video calls to a ML classifier unit. The ML Classifier unit can identify if there are similarities between the video call and the further video calls. If there exists similarity between the video call and at least one further video call, a determination about which one of the video calls t uses less resources (e.g. less bandwidth). That video call can then be utilized and other similar calls can be adjusted to reduce the bandwidth further (e.g. converted to audio calls, etc.).
MEDIA DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD AND RELATED PRODUCT
Embodiments of the present disclosure include a media display control method and a related product. The method includes: after a call between a first terminal and a second terminal rings, obtaining candidate media information from a resource server, and displaying the candidate media information; determining first to-be-displayed media information after the call between the first terminal and the second terminal is connected, where the first to-be-displayed media information is media information selected from the candidate media information; and sending, by the first terminal, the first to-be-displayed media information to the second terminal. Media information displayed by the terminals may be controlled after the call between the terminals is connected, so that the displayed information is controlled during the call. In this way, valuable information is displayed to the user, and communication efficiency is improved.
Management of media content associated with a user of a mobile computing device
A sender-controlled media (SCM) platform may capture live content by a call-originating device (such as audio, video, and text input by a caller), process the live content to determine an intent, select a visual element based on the intent, and present the visual element on the call-originating device to produce a caller story that can be forwarded to a recipient. In another aspect, when a sender is not a participant of a SCM platform but a recipient is, content pertaining to the sender may be gathered for generating and delivering a SCM data structure. In yet another aspect, an SCM application may interface with phone screen controls so that content in a received SCM data structure can be presented on an electronic display of a phone while a phone call is in progress. Further, the SCM application may monitor user actions for updating the SCM data structure.
Communication Method And Communication System
A platform generates a specific symbol according to an objective code and an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the platform. The specific symbol contains a communication protocol and a communication number set by the platform. The objective code comprises a customer code, a product code, and/or a service code. The IP address of the platform is dedicated to the platform. The platform receives a communication request from a user device upon the user device decoding the specific symbol. The platform establishes a first communication with the user device responsive to receiving the communication request. The platform connects with a receiver device according to a setting of the communication protocol and the communication number. The platform sends unit information of the objective code to the receiver device such that the receiver device outputs the unit information responsive to receiving the unit information.
