CRASH DETECTION USER INTERFACE
The present disclosure generally relates to techniques and user interfaces for initiating communication in the event of a crash.
Doorbell call center
Techniques are described for enabling a service administrator to respond to a detected doorbell press at a property when an authorized user is unavailable to respond. In some implementations, a determination that a doorbell press has been detected at a property is made. Video data collected by a doorbell device of the property is obtained in response to determining that the doorbell press has been detected at the property. Sensor data collected by one or more sensors of a monitoring system located within the property is obtained in response to determining that the doorbell press has been detected at the property. A present security risk for the property is determined based at least on the obtained sensor data and the obtained video data. A communication session between the doorbell device and a server system associated with the monitoring system of the property is established in response to determining the present security risk for the property.
Guard timer to optimize E911 call handling
Systems and methods for optimized call handling during e911 calls. Normally, when a user equipment (UE) is connected to a public safety answering point (PSAP)e.g., is on a 911 callall incoming calls are automatically routed to voicemail. In contrast, the systems and methods disclosed herein enable calls that were dialed within a predetermined time window of the 911 call to be sent through to call-waiting to enable the user to accept or reject the call. The system can use a guard timer to determine whether a call is within the predetermined time window. The system can include a single guard timer for all incoming callse.g., any call made from the UE within the previous X minutes prior to the 911 call. The system can also include individual guard timers for each call that expire separately relative to the call's proximity to the 911 call.
Device control based on signature
Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for identifying a recurring event associated with a premises, and automatically performing actions associated with the recurring event. A computing device may generate a signature for the recurring event to indicate a series of actions associated with the recurring event, may detect occurrence of the recurring event, and may perform one or more of the series of actions indicated by the signature.
DIGITIZED VOICE ALERTS
Methods, systems and processor-readable media for providing instant/real-time voice alerts automatically to remote electronic devices. An activity can be detected utilizing one or more sensors. A text message indicative of the activity can be generated and converted into a digitized voice alert. The activity can also be a live utterance (e.g., a live announcement), which can then be instantly converted into a digitized voice alert for automatic delivery in a selected series of languages following the base language (e.g., English). The combined digitized voice alert can then be instantly transmitted through a network for broadcast of consecutive alerts (e.g., English followed by Spanish followed by Vietnamese, etc.) to one or more remote electronic devices that communicate with the network for an automatic audio announcement of the digitized voice alert through the one or more remote electronic devices.
Multimedia centric adaptive emergency response messaging apparatus and method
Present is a multimedia centric adaptive emergency response messaging apparatus and method disclosed herein via an emergency response communications method for exchanging information about an emergency situation, the method being executed by at least one network connected computer system having a processor and machine readable memory.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EMERGENCY MESSAGE TRANSMISSION
The invention relates to a system for transmitting an emergency message, comprising: a triggering means (2) activated by pressure or contact, and a mobile application (4) designed to be installed on a mobile device (3) and to cooperate with the trigger means (2), also configured to respond to the activation of the triggering means (2) by transmitting an emergency SMS message to an emergency device (5, 11) via a mobile network, in particular of type GSM, enhanced by: an emergency relay device (5), and a call generating device (6) connected to the emergency relay device (5), said call generating device (6) being configured to generate an emergency voice message, corresponding to the emergency SMS message forwarded by the emergency relay device (5), then initiate a phone call to the emergency voice device (8) of an emergency contact, and finally announce said emergency voice message to this emergency contact. The invention also relates to both the method and a kit associated.

Enabling voice control of telephone device
A system capable of connecting a device to a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) using an adapter. The device may send audio data via a data network to a server and the server can determine a voice command included in the audio data. Based on the voice command, the server may send an instruction to an adapter via the data network, the instruction causing the adapter to initiate a telephone call over the PSTN. During the telephone call, the adapter and the server may forward audio data between the device and the PSTN, enabling the device to communicate over the PSTN. The system may enable the device to receive an incoming call from the PSTN and may provide additional functionality, such as determining call statistics during the telephone call, determining if another telephone receives audio data during the telephone call and detecting an alarm signal sent via the PSTN.
Method and Apparatus for Sending and Receiving Voice of Browser, and Voice Intercom System
A method and apparatus for voice transmission and reception by a browser and a voice intercom system are provided. The method for voice transmission by a browser includes: collecting first voice data through a built-in audio collection interface of the browser (S101); obtaining a first voice sampling parameter that can be utilized by a target device (S102) to process voice data; sampling the first voice data based on the first voice sampling parameter to obtain target voice data (S103); and transmitting the target voice data to the target device (S104). The method enables a browser to have a function of voice intercom without using a plug-in.
