An electronic device which displays and updates Mobile Network Operator (MNO) information includes a memory, a display, a communicator, a user inputter, and a processor. The processor is configured to control the display to display a contact list including telephone number information of a plurality of external devices and Mobile Network Operator (MNO) information of the plurality of external devices, and in response to a user command for selecting one of the plurality of external devices included in the contact list being input, establish a communication connection with the selected external device. The processor is further configured to control the communicator to receive information regarding the MNO information of the external device from the selected external device; and update the contact list based on the MNO information of the external device and store the updated contact list in the memory.
METHOD AND SYSTEM OF IMPLEMENTING AN ADVANCED MULTIFUNCTIONAL DIALER CAPABLE OF MANAGING MULTIPLE CALLING ACCOUNTS

INCOMING CALL RATE SELECTION
Systems, devices, and techniques are provided for incoming call rate selection. A communications device may receive an incoming call associated with an incoming calling entity identifier. An interface may display the incoming calling entity identifier and a rate selection control including a control for changing the rate of the incoming call. A selection by the user of the control for changing the rate of the incoming call may be received. The interface may display rate entry controls including a control for receiving input of a rate change for the incoming call. Input of the rate change for the incoming call may be received through the interface. The rate change may include one or both of a changed rate and a surcharge. The rate change for the incoming call may be transmitted to at least one carrier system responsible for routing the incoming call. The incoming call may be accepted.
Method of response management
A method for managing a communication, through a communication network, from a second individual to a first individual, in which the first individual is associated in a first database with a plurality of second addresses. A second database lists, for each of said second addresses, information relating to communications between the first and second individuals. The method includes, for a first communication intended for the second individual and arising from a first address associated with the first individual: identifying the first address; initializing a second communication intended for the first individual; selecting, according to the second database, at least one address from among the plurality of second addresses associated with the first individual; comparing with the first address at least one second address included in the selection of addresses; validating at least the second address; and launching the second communication to at least the second address.

Some embodiments provide a method for a network controller that manages a logical network spanning multiple physical locations. For each physical location hosting data compute nodes (DCNs) belonging to the logical network, the method defines a centralized routing component for processing data messages between the DCNs hosted at the physical location and networks external to the logical network, assigns an active instance of the centralized routing component to operate at the physical location, and assigns a standby instance of the centralized routing component to operate at one of the other physical locations.
DECENTRALIZED COMPUTING NETWORKS, ARCHITECTURES AND TECHNIQUES FOR PROCESSING EVENTS ACROSS MULTIPLE CHANNELS
This disclosure relates to decentralized computing networks, architectures and techniques for collecting, analyzing, and processing data over multiple channels. A decentralized computing network comprises a plurality of computing nodes, each of which is dedicated to analyzing and processing events for a particular channel corresponding to a geographic region. Each node of the decentralized computing network can operate independently to process channel analysis data for a corresponding channel. The decentralized configuration of the nodes enables efficient processing of data collected over large geographic areas, increases the reliability of the system, and facilitates easy scaling of the system. Other embodiments are disclosed herein as well.
Content provider charged gateway
Systems and methods for providing content provider charged web content to a mobile device are disclosed. A mobile routing server receives a request for a mobile device to access web content associated with a content provider. The mobile routing server determines whether the request is associated with a provider-charged gateway. If the request is associated with the provider-charged gateway, the mobile routing server provides access to the web content via the provider-charged gateway and signals a billing server to charge an account associated with the content provider for data charges associated with the access to the web content. If the request is not associated with the provider-charged gateway, the mobile routing server provides access to the web content via a regular Internet gateway and signals the billing server to charge an account associated with the mobile device for the data charges associated with the access to the web content.
