An expandable exercise system is used for mounting a part of an ancillary exercise device. The expandable exercise system includes a main exercise device and another part of the ancillary exercise device. The main exercise device includes a coupling seat. The other part of the ancillary exercise device is pre-mounted to the coupling seat and detachably connected with the part of the ancillary exercise device to form the ancillary exercise device, thereby easily increasing or decreasing the number of training modules to enhance the convenience of product use.

BOXING FITNESS DEVICE AND DETECTION METHOD THEREOF
20190381382 · 2019-12-19 ·

The present invention relates to a boxing fitness device and a detection method thereof, the boxing fitness device of the present invention includes a frame, punching zones, prompting devices, sensing devices, a first wearable device, a second wearable device and a computation unit. The punching zones are disposed in the frame and the prompting devices are disposed on the punching zones, respectively. When a left hand or a right hand of a user touches one of the punching zones, the sensing devices can sense a first to-be-sensed part of a first wearable device or a second to-be-sensed part of a second wearable device worn on the hands of the user. As a result, the boxing fitness device and the detection method thereof of the present invention can sense the first to-be-sensed part and the second to-be-sensed part to detect the user's correct punching action.

INTEGRATED EXCERCISE MACHINE FOR HORSE-RIDING AND CYCLING

The present invention provides an integrated riding and bike exercise equipment, which has a mechanical system that allows both riding and bike routines to be performed at the same time without mechanical interferences, nor that the user descent is necessary.

Parallel Resistance Rowing Machine
20240058644 · 2024-02-22 ·

A parallel resistance rowing machine is an apparatus that provides adjustable, independent resistance to a user to perform rowing exercises that isolate and emphasize various laterally opposed muscle groups. The parallel resistance rowing machine uses a first resistance assembly and a second resistance assembly mounted to an axle within a chassis. The first resistance assembly and the second resistance assembly are selectably interconnected by a clutch mechanism, enabling a first handle and a second handle to be moved independently or in concert under resistance from the first resistance assembly and the second resistance assembly, respectively. An elongated frame supports a slidable seat assembly, further supporting a full-body rowing action as the user exerts themselves against the first resistance assembly and the second resistance assembly.

FOOT EXERCISING APPARATUS
20240058646 · 2024-02-22 ·

An apparatus for foot exercise for strengthening at least the ankle and muscles around the ankle. The apparatus includes a housing having a cutout in a top wall thereof for allowing a foot of a user to pass through. A sleeve of a socks shape, hangs from the cutout, and the sleeve can receive at least the foot up to the ankle of the user. Multiple inflatable bags are disposed within the housing and around the sleeve, such that the inflatable bags, when inflated, resist movement of the foot received within the sleeve. The user can insert the foot into the sleeve; upon inserting the foot, inflates the plurality of inflatable bags; and upon inflating, moves the foot against the resistance offered by the inflated plurality of inflatable bags.

UPPER AND LOWER BODY RECIPROCATING ARCING MOTION EXERCISE MACHINE WITH AN ADJUSTABLE ANGLE USER SUPPORT
20240042272 · 2024-02-08 · ·

An upper and lower body reciprocating arcing motion exercise machine with an adjustable angle user support frame, left and right lower body user support assemblies having foot platforms and shin support pads mounted on an arcing track for movement along rearward and central portions of the user support frame, and left and right upper body user supports having gripping handles mounted on pivotable levers that move in an arcing motion relative to a forward and central portion of the movable user support frame. A linkage assembly operatively connects and synchronizes the exercise motions of the upper and lower body user support assemblies. In certain embodiments, an adjustable resistance mechanism is operatively engaged with the upper and lower body user supports for providing adjustable resistance to the exercise motion of the upper and lower body user supports.

Adjustable air bike fan blades
10493311 · 2019-12-03 · ·

Improvements in an exercise machine where the fan blades alter the resistance created by the blades or vanes by moving a cone that pushes the blades out from a central position. The blades or vanes push against the cone with springs. The cone is then moved into or out of the central axle to alter the effective diameter of the blades or vanes. A twist or contouring of the blades or vanes can be obtained at the same time to alter the resistance. In another embodiment, the fan blades can be individually or collectively adjusted to change the resistance. As the diameter is increased the speed of the blade tips increases as a squared function of the radius without changing the rotational speed of the vane(s). The shape, angle, scoop or tilt of the blade or vanes can also be altered to change the resistance.

Rehabilitation exercise device

A sports training device attached to the shaft of a swinging sports apparatus, such as a baseball bat. The device includes a drag chute disposed between two rigid members, a support rod disposed between the two rigid members along the longitudinal axis of the chute, and a plurality of coupling elements connected to the support rod. Each coupling element includes an annular opening for positioning of the sports apparatus therethrough. One coupling element has a stationary component that secures the device to the sports apparatus and a rotating component that rotates 360 around the sports apparatus. As such, the entirety of the device, with exception to this stationary component, can substantially freely rotate 360 around the sports apparatus. Resistance during a swing can be adjusted by sliding the coupling mechanisms along the support rod to expose more or less of the chute.

Exit speed generator

A training apparatus for use with a bat is provided. The training apparatus has a fastening portion releasably securable to a barrel of the bat and a resistance portion attached to the fastening portion such that the resistance portion extends past a barrel end of the bat when the training apparatus is secured to the barrel. The resistance portion is a flexible material configured to add resistance throughout a bat swing, thus increasing the strength and torque of the athlete for that motion. The training apparatus can be used with the bat for training and released for normal bat use when not training, thus using the athletes regular bat for training.
