A radio communication control device accepts a call-up from a radio communication terminal and includes a unit configured to detect the degree of jamming in a cell, a unit configured to confirm the intention of a user of a terminal concerned as to whether the call-up is continued regardless of addition of an extra to the user's telephone call charge when the call-up has been made from a radio communication terminal in the cell concerned in a specific jammed state, a unit configured to block the call-up concerned in accordance with the confirmed intention of the user of the terminal concerned and a unit configured to change charge setting so as to add an extra to the user's telephone call charge when the call-up has not been blocked in the specific jammed state.

A method for providing real time data network usage information using an SPR includes receiving a request for real time data network usage information. The method further includes, in response to the request, effecting a data change for the subscriber in the SPR. The method further includes, at the SPR, in response to the data change, sending a notification of the change to a policy and changing rules function (PCRF). The method further includes, at the PCRF, in response to the notification of the data change, requesting real time data network usage information from at least one policy and charging enforcement function (PCEF) serving the subscriber. The method further includes, at the PCRF, receiving the data network usage information from the at least one serving PCEF. The method further includes providing an indication of the real time data network usage information to the SPR.

A system, method, and computer readable medium comprising instructions for handling insufficient account balance of subscribers in a mobile communications network is disclosed. A request for communication is received from a mobile station. A determination is made as to whether a subscriber of the mobile station has an insufficient account balance. If the subscriber has an insufficient account balance, the request is withheld and the mobile station is notified by a short message.

A telecommunications service provider agrees to a pre-paid plan including phone, text and data services, which it provides to a user through her mobile device. The provider's computer system then sends a notification to the user's mobile device that refers to benefits and contains a launch prompt. When the launch prompt is selected by the user, an application program is automatically launched in the mobile device, or a browser in the mobile device is automatically navigated to a website, which prompts the user to identify herself using minimum personal information (e.g., first and last name, date of birth and postal code.)
