Exercise systems for use with tools having weighted masses that are swung to make holes in roofs, walls and doors
An exercise system for use with tools having weighted masses includes a housing having an upper end and a lower end, and a strike post having an upper end that is located above the upper end of said housing and a lower end that is located between the upper and lower ends of the housing. The strike post is configured to move along a vertical axis that extends between the upper and lower ends of the housing. A shock absorbing pad overlies the upper end of the strike post. A spring assembly is disposed between the lower end of the strike post and the lower end of the housing. During a physical exercise session, the shock absorbing pad is hit with a toll having a weighted mass to apply an impact force, which is transferred through the strike post to the spring assembly for compressing the spring assembly.
Dumbbell safety, defensive and alerting assembly
An exercise device having a bar with a first handle, a grip exerciser having a second handle connected to the bar via a resistance member proximate the first handle and moveable between a first position and a second position by a hand of a user; and an auxiliary device connected to the bar selected from a light assembly, a sound generator, an electrified defensive unit, a pressurized defensive unit, and combinations of the same.
Exercise equipment for strengthening pelvis
Disclosed herein is exercise equipment for strengthening the pelvis, by which the exercise effect of enabling the pelvis, the genitourinary sphincter inside the pelvic cavity, etc. to be strongly contacted and relaxed may be obtained during the exercise of collecting and spreading the knees. The exercise equipment includes: grip parts (110); cylindrical insertion/separation pipes (120); cylindrical support pipes (130); packing parts (140); cylindrical cushion parts (150); side fastening U-shaped plates (160); fastening plate supports (170); a side support connection bar (180); and fastening belts (200). Rotating grips (190) are attached to the bottoms of coupling bolts (B), respectively, by which the side support connection bar (180) connects and fastens the side fastening U-shaped plate supports (170), and the side support connection bar (180) is fastened to the bottom of the cushion part of a chair by using the two fastening belts (200) and coupling bolts (B).
FLEXOR HINGE ORTHOSIS AND WRIST-DRIVEN FLEXOR HINGE ORTHOSIS
A flexor hinge orthosis comprises a forearm frame; a first frame connected to the forearm frame to be rotatable about a first rotation axis that extends in a lateral direction; a second frame configured to be fixed to a palmar of a user and connected to the second frame to be rotatable about a second rotation axis that extends in an upward-and-downward direction; a thumb frame; an operating lever; an actuating lever; an actuating rod; and a finger frame.
Strap spring trampoline
A strap spring trampoline includes a trampoline frame having an upper horizontal trampoline frame and a lower horizontal trampoline frame. A trampoline bed is extended across the upper horizontal trampoline frame. A strap connection is formed on the trampoline bed that connects the trampoline bed to a tension strap. A spring is connected to the tension strap and the lower horizontal trampoline frame. The spring is preferably helical. The trampoline leg rigidly connects between the upper horizontal trampoline frame and the lower horizontal trampoline frame. The upper horizontal trampoline frame has a horizontal extension, and the horizontal extension further includes a flat section. A spool sleeve fits over the upper horizontal trampoline frame, and a tension strap rides over the spool sleeve when the tension strap moves over the upper horizontal trampoline frame. A right collar and a left collar fit together and retain the spool sleeve.

Resistance training exercise machines having inertial switch-actuated dampening device
An exercise machine has a resistance mechanism that is movable with respect to a stationary frame into and between a rest position and an active position and a pulley system coupled to the resistance mechanism and being operable by a user performing an exercise motion. Operation of the pulley system moves the resistance mechanism from the rest position to the active position, against a resistance force from the resistance mechanism. Releasing the pulley system allows the resistance force to automatically move the resistance mechanism back towards the rest position. A dampening device has an inertial switch that causes the dampening device to automatically dampen movement of the resistance mechanism from the active position towards the rest position when the pulley system is suddenly released.
Portable Collapsible Full Body Strength Fitness System
The present invention relates to a fitness equipment system that for providing a substantially constant force through a range of motion includes at least one constant force resistance component. The object of the present invention is to build a lightweight, easily movable and transportable fitness equipment system. The present invention uses the constant force released from the resistance components instead of the gravitational force from the weights used in the traditional fitness systems. Finally, the present invention can be used by personal trainers, physical therapist, field personnel, with no access to traditional facilities or weightlifting equipment or facilities.
CHAIR EXERCISE APPARATUS
A Pilates chair exercise apparatus has a frame configured to rest on a horizontal surface, an inverted Y shaped seat support member fastened to an upper portion of the frame, a seat fastened to an upper end of the seat support, and a pair of parallel arms each having a proximal end fastened to the frame and a foot support fastened to a distal end of the arm, wherein each arm is biased away from the frame. A rotary torque unit mounted to the frame beneath the seat biases each of the arms. The rotary torque unit includes a rotary spring cassette that carries a plurality of flat coil springs each having only one end fastened to an axle at one end of one of the arms. Combinations of the springs in the spring cassette may be user selected without the user leaving the seat of the chair exercise apparatus.
