EXERCISE SYSTEMS FOR USE WITH TOOLS HAVING WEIGHTED MASSES THAT ARE SWUNG TO MAKE HOLES IN ROOFS, WALLS AND DOORS
An exercise system for use with tools having weighted masses includes a housing having an upper end and a lower end, and a strike post having an upper end that is located above the upper end of said housing and a lower end that is located between the upper and lower ends of the housing. The strike post is configured to move along a vertical axis that extends between the upper and lower ends of the housing. A shock absorbing pad overlies the upper end of the strike post. A spring assembly is disposed between the lower end of the strike post and the lower end of the housing. During a physical exercise session, the shock absorbing pad is hit with a toll having a weighted mass to apply an impact force, which is transferred through the strike post to the spring assembly for compressing the spring assembly.
Adjustable resistance exercise machine
An adjustable resistance exercise machine for providing variable resistance forces on a pull cable extending from the machine. The adjustable resistance exercise machine generally includes a plurality of power springs that may be selectively engaged using a cam mechanism. By engaging springs with different forces, the resistance may be adjusted incrementally as preferred for performing different exercises. The adjustable resistance exercise machine may be connected to various structures, either below or above an exerciser, to allow the exerciser to choose whether to pull the pull cable up or down during exercise.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL FITNESS DEVICE WITH GRIP STRENGTH TRAINING MODE
A multifunctional fitness device with grip strength training mode includes: a spiral elastic part with convex stretch sections which extend in different directions; each of the two bent rod grips includes a soft sleeve and a bent rod with a connecting end, a tail end and a bent section, and the connecting end extends integrally from the convex stretch section of the spiral elastic part, and the bent section is in a U shape; a hood component includes first and second housings combined in a relative screwing relationship and provided respectively with a convex stretch pipe, for which the convex stretch section passes through; and the included angle between the bent sections of the bent rod grips is 30-80; the contour formed by the connecting end, bent section and tail end of the bent rod grip is smaller than the grip range of the adult palm.
Sitting Type Spinal Traction and Disc Massage Apparatus
A sitting type spinal traction and disc massage apparatus includes a seat member, a seat pad disposed atop the seat member, a fixing member straddling the seat member and the seat pad and connected to the seat member to fix hips of a user to the seat member, and a moving backrest board disposed atop a rear end of the seat member. The moving backrest board is movable relative to the seat member. A restricting member straddles and is connected to the moving backrest board to fix the user's upper body to the moving backrest board. A lifting unit is disposed below the moving backrest board to move the moving backrest board upwardly from the seat member to stretch the user's spine. A vibrating unit is disposed within and vibrates the seat pad.
Joint for rehabilitation device
A joint for a rehabilitation device and a rehabilitation device are disclosed. The joint is defined for operation between an end of a first member and an end of a second member. The joint enables the second member to pivot at the joint with respect to the first member. The joint includes a positioning mechanism for defining a set position from which the second member pivots. The joint also includes a restriction mechanism for restricting the degree of pivoting of the second member, from the set position. The joint further includes a biasing mechanism for biasing the second member such that it returns to the set position when an opposing force applied to the second member is less than the bias of the biasing mechanism. When the joint is in the set position, the biasing mechanism is configured such that no bias is applied to the second member.
CONSTANT FORCE RESISTANCE CABLE RETRACTOR
A device and method for exercising that includes a main axle, a cord spool attached to the main axle, a cord wrapped around the cord spool, resistance modules, and a resistance selector. The drum of each resistance module attaches to the main axle. The drum of each resistance module is attached to a spring configured to resist the cord being pulled from the cord spool. The drums of the resistance modules are configured with engagement patterns that allow for the drums of adjacent resistance modules to couple together. The resistance selector determines how many resistance modules are coupled together. The resistance level of the device can be adjusted to the desired resistance level by coupling together the desired number of resistance modules.
EXERCISE APPARATUS
An improved exercise equipment including a stationary exercise apparatus, a lever arm pivotably biased about a pivot axis, and a support for supporting the lever arm above the stationary exercise apparatus. The pivot axis extends substantially in a vertical direction. The stationary exercise apparatus is of a type to cause the legs of a user to scissor as the user operates the stationary exercise apparatus. In an exemplary embodiment, the stationary exercise apparatus is one of a treadmill, a stationary bicycle, and a stair climber.
Resistance System for a Rowing Machine
A resistance system for a rowing machine has a mounting bracket, and a housing assembly, a driving assembly and a restoring assembly mounted on the mounting bracket. The housing assembly is for storing liquid and a paddle wheel. The driving assembly is connected to the paddle wheel and drives the paddle wheel to rotate in a direction only. The restoring assembly is connected to a strip hub of the driving assembly and is able to drive the strip hub to rotate in a reverse direction. The resistance system for the rowing machine has simplified structure. Therefore, it is easy to assemble to resistance system, and manufacturing cost of the resistance system can be decreased. In addition, a service life of the resistance system as well as the rowing machine can be increased.
Adjustable hand exerciser
An adjustable hand exerciser preferably includes a torsion spring, a handle, a handle cover, an adjustment plug and a center plug. The torsion spring preferably includes at least one spring coil, a first spring leg and a second spring leg. The handle includes a first spring hole to receive the first spring leg. The handle cover includes a first pivot extension and a second pivot extension. The adjustment plug preferably includes a sliding plug and a thumb screw. An inner sliding perimeter of the handle cover is sized to receive the sliding plug. The center plug includes a plug hole. The center plug is sized to be received by an inner perimeter of the at least one spring coil. A pivot pin is retained in the first and second pivot extensions and the plug hole, such that the handle pivots relative to the handle cover.
Multi-axial unidirectional power transmission system
A multi-axial unidirectional power transmission system includes a transmission unit and a resistance unit. The transmission unit includes a first main shaft and a transmission wheel provided on the first main shaft. The resistance unit includes a second main shaft and a damping wheel mounted on the second main shaft. The two transmission wheels and the damping wheel can be placed flat on the body since they are mounted on different main shafts, thereby making the whole plane of the multi-axis unidirectional power transmission system consistent, thus achieving the effects of space saving, convenient storage and convenient transportation.
