A system and method for intent-based active callback management, utilizing a cloud callback system comprising at least a profile manager, callback manager, interaction manager, media server, and environment analyzer, allowing users to call businesses, agents in contact centers, or other users who are connected to a cloud callback system, and, failing to connect to the individual they called, allow for an automatic callback object to be created, whereby the two users may be automatically called and bridged together at a time when both users are available.
MULTI-MODAL APPROACH TO A SECURE AND CLOSED SOLUTION FOR PROVIDING SCHEDULED NOTIFICATIONS
A multi-modal portal system provides an authorization prior to establishing a visual interface connection between a support user or caller and a client user or receiving party. Once the caller is authorized, the caller is permitted to drop-in such that a visual interface connection is established with the receiving party. The authorization can be based on a profile configuration that indicates whether the caller has the credentials required for the visual interface. The authorization can require that a notification be sent to a trusted user or primary contact or the caller can be associated with a profile configuration that allows for a pre-authorization without requiring the notification. Also, a schedule associated with the profile configuration can ensure a video notification of one or more scheduling parameters to the client user as well as the receipt of a video response from the client user.

To schedule a future interaction between a caller and a call-center, a management computing system associated with the call center is configured to determine an estimated call time for addressing the caller's issues, based at least in part on a predicted call intent as well as feature enrichment data received from one or more memory storage areas. Upon determining a predicted call duration for the call, the management computing entity accesses the caller's calendar, such as through an internet-based communication between the caller's user computing entity and the management computing entity, or via third-party access permissions provided by the caller. The management computing entity identifies one or more candidate timeslots based at least in part on the predicted call duration, and receives user input selecting a candidate timeslot for scheduling the callback.

A system and method for secure storage and management of transitory data using a blockchain, comprising at least a callback manager, a context analysis engine, a vault manager, and a blockchain manager, which allows a user to create a data container to store data preferences, which encrypts the data stored within a data container, and which stores the encrypted data container in a blockchain. For each block, block reference data may is generated comprising the location of the block and its associated decryption key, and the block reference data is then encrypted with a second encryption key and stored off the blockchain in a separate database. The second key is distributed to involved parties to permit access to and reading of the block reference data. The block reference data is deleted based on self-destruct event triggers or when the involved parties are finished accessing the block reference data.
Automated callback reminder
A call reminder functionality is provided by an arrangement that is operable with a network-enabled communication device in which a reminder to return a phone call can be generated in an automated manner upon the occurrence of a call event. When the call event occurs, an option is displayed on a user interface (“UI”) on the device to create a link between the call and the user's schedule application. If the user selects the option, a callback task is added to the user's task list maintained by the schedule application, and a reminder to make the callback is generated and then displayed on the UI at a future time. The reminder includes pertinent call information and also includes a button that enables the user to place the callback through the UI (i.e., a “one-click call back”).

A method and an electronic device for providing information associated with work and personal life are provided. An electronic device according to various embodiments may include a user interface, a processor electrically connected to the user interface, and a memory electrically connected to the processor. The memory stores instructions which when executed by the processor cause the processor to determine a first zone and a second zone different from the first zone, based on location information and time information of the electronic device, obtain a first time during which the electronic device is located in the first zone and a second time during which the electronic device is located in the second zone, and display information associated with the first time and the second time on the user interface.
