CALL VISUALIZATION
Merchant/consumer calls may be recorded and evaluated according to a variety of criteria. The call recordings and analyses thereof, as well as consumer tracking information, may be displayed in a user interface of a web-based online portal for convenience in evaluating the use and efficacy of marketing channels as well as the quality of merchant/consumer interactions. In an aspect, the user interface provides a representation of a variety of telephone calls as an interactive keyword cloud that presents business-value-specific keywords targeted for detection during such telephone calls. The keyword cloud may depict keywords in a range of colors, sizes, and relative positioning to connote varied degrees of significance, such as a relative rate of occurrence of keywords in the represented telephone calls. Each keyword in the keyword cloud may contain a hyperlink to related content such as a listing of telephone calls containing the keyword.
Conference searching and playback of search results
Various disclosed implementations involve processing and/or playback of a recording of a conference involving a plurality of conference participants. Some implementations disclosed herein involve receiving audio data corresponding to a recording of at least one conference involving a plurality of conference participants. The audio data may include conference participant speech data from multiple endpoints, recorded separately and/or conference participant speech data from a single endpoint corresponding to multiple conference participants and including spatial information for each conference participant of the multiple conference participants. A search of the audio data may be based on one or more search parameters. The search may be a concurrent search for multiple features of the audio data. Instances of conference participant speech may be rendered to at least two different virtual conference participant positions of a virtual acoustic space.
TELECONFERENCE RECORDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
An example operation may include one or more of generating a local audio file comprising audio captured of a user participating in a teleconference, receiving one or more other local audio files of the teleconference captured by one or more other audio devices that participated in the teleconference, determining a synchronized playback order for audio portions of the generated local audio file and audio portions of the one or more received local audio files based on timing information included in the generated local audio file and the received timing information, and outputting a playback of the audio portions of the generated local audio file and the detected audio portions of the one or more received local audio files synchronized together based on the determined synchronized playback order.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ASSISTING AIRCRAFT PILOTING
The invention relates to a method and system for assisting aircraft piloting. The system includes a device for receiving audio messages sent via a radio communication channel, at least one listening device, a data viewing interface and an on-board electronic computing device, including at least one computing processor and at least one electronic memory unit. In a buffer space of the memory unit, an audio signal stream received by the receiving device is continuously recorded, over a recording duration. A synchronization and display control module is configured for obtaining at least one piece of background information relative to the recorded audio signal, segmenting the recorded audio signal into a plurality of temporal segments as a function of the at least one piece of background information, and commanding a display on the viewing interface of an interaction bar representative of the recorded audio signal between a past time moment and a current time moment, identifying the temporal segments, allowing a pilot to select a time moment to begin listening to the recorded audio signal.
VOLUME LEVELER CONTROLLER AND CONTROLLING METHOD
Volume leveler controller and controlling method are disclosed. In one embodiment, A volume leveler controller includes an audio content classifier for identifying the content type of an audio signal in real time; and an adjusting unit for adjusting a volume leveler in a continuous manner based on the content type as identified. The adjusting unit may configured to positively correlate the dynamic gain of the volume leveler with informative content types of the audio signal, and negatively correlate the dynamic gain of the volume leveler with interfering content types of the audio signal.
Method and apparatus for replaying a missing voice stream portion at a late entry subscriber device
Missed voice stream portions are replayed at a late entry subscriber device (SD) in a wireless radio network. The SD joins a voice call on a radio channel via a base station and detects that it is late to the call. The SD continues to receive a remaining portion of the call and plays back the portion of the call. The SD detects an end of the voice call, and (i) transmits a request message including an indication of a first duration of the portion of the call received or (ii) detects a similar message from another SD. The SD then receives an indication of a total duration of the voice call and calculates a third duration as a function of the total duration and the first duration. The SD receives and plays back the missed portion of the call for the third duration.
Non-transitory computer readable medium, information processing apparatus, and information processing system for recording minutes information
A non-transitory computer readable medium, storing a program causing a computer to execute a process for causing at least portions off display screens of plural terminals connected to each other through a network to display information in a synchronous manner, includes receiving material information indicating information regarding a material to be displayed, receiving operation information indicating details of operations that users perform on the respective terminals, and recording minutes information in which the material information, the operation information, and time information indicating times at which the users perform the operations are associated with each other.
Scheduling playback of audio in a virtual acoustic space
A method for processing audio data, the method comprising: receiving audio data corresponding to a plurality of instances of audio, including at least one of: (a) audio data from multiple endpoints, recorded separately or (b) audio data from a single endpoint corresponding to multiple talkers and including spatial information for each of the multiple talkers; rendering the audio data in a virtual acoustic space such that each of the instances of audio has a respective different virtual position in the virtual acoustic space; and scheduling the instances of audio to be played back with a playback overlap between at least two of the instances of audio, wherein the scheduling is performed, at least in part, according to a set of perceptually-motivated rules.
