Exercise board

An exercise board includes a main body and an elastic body configured on an upper surface of the main body. The upper surface of the main body is provided with at least one cavity, the cavity at least includes a first cavity part and a second cavity part, the first cavity part is located above the second cavity part, and a diameter of the first cavity part is less than that of the second cavity part. A lower surface of the elastic body is provided with at least one protrusion connected to the cavity, the protrusion at least includes a first protrusion part and a second protrusion part, the first protrusion part is located above the second protrusion part, and shapes of the first protrusion part and the second protrusion part match with shapes of the first cavity part and second cavity part.

Weighted training equipment

A method of making weighted training equipment with a hollow shaft having a sidewall defining an internal cavity may include injecting a curable composition into at least a portion of the internal cavity. The method may further include curing the curable composition into a polymer material.

A weight lifting system includes a series of weight lifting apparatuses of varying lengths and weights and is designed to gradually increase a minimum-to-maximum amount of weight. The series of apparatus gives the user a compact, functional weight increment (a gradual increase in weight for muscular strengthening), with comfortable management during the increase in weight, which is useful for a range of bodyweight motions; standing, sitting, bending, and/or on the ground. The weight lifting system also includes a base with handles and a series of additional beams that can be secured to the base to add incremental weights.

The engaging channel has an opening and two protrusions to form an engaging space for being mounted around one of the connection segments. The buckle has a first end and a second end. The first end is connected pivotally to the body and at a position on one of two sides of the engaging channel. The second end is connected detachably with the body at a position on the other one of the two sides of the engaging channel.

The invention discloses a method of making a weight-type exercise device, comprising the steps of: (1) prefabricating an outer shell half and an inner shell half; (2) forming a slurry inlet port in the outer shell half; (3) mating and sealing the outer shell half with the inner shell half to form a unitary weight shell; (4) pouring a mixed slurry into the unitary weight shell through the slurry inlet port; (5) subjecting the unitary weight shell to a shaking treatment; (6) sealing up the slurry inlet port with a steel plate; and (7) finishing the surface of the unitary weight shell by painting and baking. Compared with traditional one-piece cast iron counterparts, much lower cost can be achieved with a simpler process.

A planking exercise belt assists the user in performing a planking exercise regimen by alerting the user when a proper plank position is not maintained during performance of the regimen. The planking exercise belt includes a belt that is adjustably secured about the user's lower torso and waist. An adjustable strap interconnects the belt and a weight. A connector is provided on the belt to removably attach the strap to the belt. When a user droops or does not engage their core muscle groups, a tension in the strap is relieved to alert the user to the poor form in performing the exercise. When the user elevates their buttocks, the weight elevates from the ground to alert the user of this improper form.

A weighted bag having an outer shell and a handle assembly. The outer shell has a plurality of panels and at least one of one of a pair of slots and a first end loop assembly and a second end loop assembly spaced apart from the first end loop assembly coupled to the plurality of panels. The handle assembly has a handle grasping member and a strapping assembly, the strapping assembly extending from the handle grasping member and interfacing with at least one of the pair of slots and the first and second end loop assemblies so as to couple the handle assembly to the outer shell.
