Exercise Rack Pulley System
An exercise rack pulley system for providing a wide range of versatile arrangements of pulleys on an exercise rack. An example embodiment generally includes an exercise rack including one or more support members and arm members. One or more pulley units may be attached to one or more support members and/or arm members of the exercise rack. Each of the pulley units includes a bracket for attaching to the exercise rack and a frame for supporting a rotatable pulley. The frame is adjustably connected with the bracket such that each pulley unit may be adjusted between at least two positions, including a first position in which the frame is parallel with the bracket and a second position in which the frame is perpendicular with the bracket. A cable is routed through the pulley units and connected to a weight to accommodate a wide range of different types of exercises.
FITNESS STRUCTURE
A fitness structure includes a bar having a first end portion and a second end portion, a pair of bar support portions provided at each side of the bar and having a plurality of bar support members to place the bar at a plurality of heights, a first load portion and a second load portion spaced apart from the bar to a certain degree and facing each other, a first cable coupled between the first end portion of the bar and the first load portion, a second cable coupled between the second end portion of the bar and the second load portion. Heights of the first load portion and the second load portion vary depending on a height of one of the plurality of bar support members at which the bar is detachably placed.
Upper body exercise device
The upper body exercise device is a resistance based training device that is adapted for use by a person. Specifically, the upper body exercise device uses the weight of the exerciser to generate a counterforce that provides resistance to specific upper body exercises. The upper body exercise device comprises a frame, a first resistance system, a second resistance system, and a third resistance system.
ATHLETIC TRAINING PLATFORM EXERCISE DEVICE
A multi-purpose athletic training platform exercise device is provided. A user may stand atop a platform and exercise while connected to a downward pulling source of resistance. This machine allows the user to walk forwards, backwards and side-to-side freely while still having attachment to the resistance source via a connecting means. This will activated all the muscles in the lower body while tractioning the lower back and helping to reduce pelvic tilt. The resistance maybe varied during the user effort. The user is able to step off the machine to climb up or down a step, or walk up and down a ramp that may be provided.
EXERCISE APPARATUS
An exercise apparatus is provided for use with a hip belt or short bar for respectively conducting squat or dead lift exercises, comprising at least one elevated platform secured to a rack, a weight holder, and a guide rod and/or other guide. The weight holder may be designed to hold free weights and to attach onto a hip belt or short bar. As the user performs the desired exercise supported by the platform, the guide rod, and/or other guide, guides the weight holder as it is lowered into the hole, limiting movement of the weight holder in the horizontal direction.
Weightlifting Machine
A weightlifting machine includes a carriage support, a carriage moveably mounted on the carriage support and configured to move along the carriage support, and a locking mechanism that is moveable between a locking position, where the locking mechanism engages the carriage and supports the carriage at an elevated position above a lowermost position of the carriage, and a release position, where the locking mechanism does not engage the carriage, and the carriage is free to move below the elevated position.
Foldable Fitness Equipment
A foldable fitness equipment includes: an upper fixing member; a lower fixing member including a plurality of fixing holes; a pivot rod pivoted between the upper fixing member and the lower fixing member; a frame foldably pivoted between the upper fixing member and the lower fixing member, and including an upper and a lower frame portions; and a positioning unit including a positioning member and a resetting member. The positioning member is movable between a positioning position and a release position, includes a control portion and a positioning pin portion for inserting into or detaching from the fixing holes, and the resetting member allows for the positioning member to return to the positioning position from the release position. By controlling the displacement of the positioning member, the frame is pivoted and positioned relative to the upper and lower fixing members, so that the frame can be folded.
FITNESS SYSTEM, FITNESS ASSEMBLY ARRANGEMENT AND FUNCTIONAL FITNESS ELEMENTS
A suspension training based functional fitness element (11, 31) comprising: an essentially planar element (22) having an upper edge, a lower edge and two side edges, said planar element (22) being designed to form a pivotable connection to a support element (32) along said upper edge of the planar element (22), a first elongated element (23, 32, 52) connected to said planar clement (22) at a first connection point at said lower edge of the planar element (22), a second elongated element (23, 32, 52) connected to said planar element (22) at a second connection point at said lower edge of the planar element (22), and a first and second handle (24), said first and second handle (24) being connected to said first and second elongated elements (23) respectively, whereby that said first and second connection points are arranged such that there is a horizontal offset between the first and second connection points and such that there is a vertical offset between the first connection point and the pivotable connection and a vertical offset between the second connection point and the pivotable connection.
Exercise Apparatus with Linear Positioning System
A strength training assembly includes a stand and a frame movable along the stand in a vertical direction. The frame includes a cradle configured to receive a barbell. The strength training also includes a drive system coupled to the frame and controllable to affect a velocity of the frame relative to the stand, a force sensor coupled to the frame such that the force sensor moves with the frame, the force sensor configured to provide a signal indicative of an amount of force exerted on the force sensor by a user, and a controller configured to receive the signal from the force sensor and control the drive system such that the velocity of the frame varies as a function of the amount of force exerted on the force sensor.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL FITNESS SYSTEM FOR ROTATIONAL EXERCISE
An integrated fitness system including a slidable unit that is slidably attached to a column vertical to the ground and that has exercise units mounted thereon. The exercise units are disposable in any of a plurality of configurations and have arms that are rotatable in any of a plurality of planes. The exercise units can be positioned along the column at any of a plurality of heights by sliding the slidable unit along the column to allow a user to use the exercise units for both arm and leg exercises.
