Adjustable Weight Kettlebell
An adjustable weight kettlebell which allows a user to easily adjust the overall weight. The kettlebell includes a handle, a grasping hole, a central shaft, a locking mechanism, a stopper plate, a shaft-receiving tube, a locking collar, and an at least one weight plate. The grasping hole traverses through the handle. The shaft-receiving tube is perimetrically connected to the handle, perpendicular to the grasping hole. The central shaft is concentrically attached within the shaft-receiving tube by the locking mechanism, wherein the locking mechanism is mechanically integrated between the shaft-receiving tube and the central shaft. The central shaft retains and support the weight plate. The central shaft traverses through a mounting hole of the weight plate. The stopper plate is normally connected to the central shaft, opposite the handle, to retain the weight plate. The locking collar secures the weight plate in place and is slidably engaged to the central shaft.
ADJUSTABLE EXERCISE DEVICE
An adjustable barbell or dumbbell or exercise device includes a handle device having a handle bar engageable into grooves of a number of weight members, a number of plates disposed on the handle bar and engageable between the weight members, and the plates each include an engaging element for engaging with the weight members and for anchoring a selected number of weight members to the handle bar, and a detecting device is attached to the handle device and includes a weight detector connected to a processing unit for sending weighing signals to the processing unit, and a displayer for displaying a total weight of the handle device and the weight members.
Adjustable exercise bar apparatus and methods of using same
An adjustable exercise bar, comprising: a main body sized and shaped for disposition of a user therein, including at least one channel therethrough; at least one handle bar segment, wherein the at least one handle bar segment is insertable into the at least one channel.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR EXERCISING ABDOMINAL MUSCLES
An apparatus for exercising the abdominal muscles of the human body is disclosed. The abdominal exercising apparatus comprises a long hollow metallic square tubing having three spaced stabilizing bars extending perpendicular from top to bottom to hold and stabilize the leg near the knee portion keeping the ankle and feet portion flat on the ground. The abdominal exercising apparatus at its bottom additionally comprises another tubing perpendicular to the main square tubing to hold standard size weights to be carried using the leg portion. In use, the abdominal exercise apparatus is held by the user's legs and attached securely to the bottom half of the user's legs to add weight to perform a routine leg assisted abs workout. The exercising apparatus builds stronger better looking abs without straining the user's back and neck and facilitates the performance of sit-up exercises for strengthening and toning abdominal muscles.
QUICK RELEASE WEIGHT RETAINING SYSTEM
Disclosed herein is a quick release weight retaining system configured to improve the safety and effectiveness of a resistance training routine. In an exemplary embodiment, the system includes a weight retainer that is removably mounted to a weight support member. The weight retainer comprises engaging apparatus that can retain and safely release a weight load during exercise. The weight is release by way of the exerciser activating a trigger. A weight can be safely and securely mounted to the weight retainer when pushed against the engaging apparatus.
Adjustable dumbbell system
An adjustable dumbbell system may include a base, two or more weights, a handle assembly, an additional weight, and selection assembly. The two or more weights may be supported by the base and grouped into a first set of weights associated with one end of the dumbbell system and a second set of weights associated with an opposing end of the dumbbell system. The handle assembly may be selectively fixedly joined to the first and second set of weights. The additional weight may be disposed distally of the handle assembly. The selection assembly may be secured to the additional weight. The selection assembly may include a selection member that may be linearly moveable between a selected position where the additional weight is operatively secured to the handle assembly and an unselected position where the additional weight is disengaged from the handle assembly.
DEVICE AND METHOD OF USE FOR A VERSATILE FITNESS BAR
A device and method of use for a versatile fitness bar is disclosed herein. The bar generally is comprised of a main first part member and a main second part member. In other embodiments, the versatile fitness bar is also comprised of releasably attachable weight members. In embodiments, the distal ends of the main first part member and the main second part member are configured to receive and releasably attach weight members. In yet other embodiments, the main first part member and the main second part member are configured at the proximal ends to releasably attach and lock both main first and second part members together. In embodiments, the weight members are configured to also function as dumbbells.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT AND METHOD OF EXERCISING UTILIZING A PULSE GENERATION
An exercise equipment configured to exercise muscles by require the muscles to generate torque intermittently is provided. The exercise equipment includes a sleeve. A pipe is slidably disposed within the sleeve. The sleeve is concentric to the pipe wherein the outer surface of the pipe is spaced apart the inner surface of the sleeve. A counterweight is mounted to at least one end of the pipe wherein the rotation of the pipe along an orbital path causes the pipe to turn within the bore of the sleeve. The turning of the pipe is a result of the counterweights completing a revolution as the counterweights rotate about the longitudinal axis of the pipe. The turning of the pipe generates a pulse so as to actuate muscular structure within the body of the user.
Exercise equipment and exercise equipment set
Provided is Exercise equipment including a gripping section that is gripped by a user; a weight section that is connected to the gripping section; a first electrode that is arranged on the gripping section; a second electrode that is arranged on the weight section; a measuring section that measures at least one of body fat percentage of the user and an electrocardiogram waveform of the user, using the first electrode and the second electrode.
Weight sensing base for an adjustable dumbbell system
In various implementations, an adjustable dumbbell system may include a handle assembly, two or more weight plates, and a base. The weight plates and the handle assembly may be configured such that each weight plate can be selectively coupled to and decoupled from the handle assembly. The base may be configured to support each of the weight plates. The base may include a sensing mechanism that senses a characteristic of the weight plates where the characteristic depends upon which of the weight plates are supported by the base.
