A document file of the image data is generated, and saved in a specific folder. An additional information generating unit generates specific additional information that indicates content of the page image. A communication processing unit transmits a message including a network identifier of the document file to a destination user specified by the job request. A server unit transmits the document file upon receiving a transmission request that specifies the network identifier. Further, the communication processing unit (a) does not include the additional information into the message if the destination user is the login user and (b) includes the additional information into the message if the destination user is not the login user.

A method includes receiving a subscription request to obtain notifications of events pertaining to the data file that has been previously uploaded by a user account associated with a user device and stored at the cloud-based file system. The subscription request identifies a destination address for the notifications generated in accordance with the subscription request and one or more events, among multiple events, corresponding to the data file that are to prompt the notifications to be transmitted to the destination address associated with the networked device. The method includes determining that the subscription request is authorized, and identifying an occurrence of an event from the one or more events specified in the subscription request and involving the data file. A method for intelligent inspections applicable in an electronic device scans a two-dimensional code, a scanned result including a first location information associated with the two-dimensional code. Next, the method for intelligent inspections transmits the scanned result to an inspection server to trigger the inspection server to return a command for a second location information of the electronic device. The second location information of the electronic device is given according to the command for the second location information of the electronic device. The second location information of the electronic device is transmitted to the inspection server. A related method for intelligent inspections applicable in an inspection server, and an electronic device using the method are also disclosed.

An image processing system comprises a first image processing apparatus and a second image processing apparatus. The first image processing apparatus obtains image data and transmits, to the second image processing apparatus, the obtained image data and information relating to the image data. The second image processing apparatus receives the image data and sets a condition for determining whether the image data is the image data to be processed, and determines whether or not the received image data is the image data to be processed, based on the set condition and the information. The second image processing apparatus executes, when it is determined that the received image data is the image data to be processed, image processing on the image data, based on the information and stores a result of the execution of the image processing.

The present application discloses an image transmission device and method. The image transmission device includes a receiver configured to receive pixel data in image data from a camera in sequence and buffer the pixel data into a memory, and determine, upon reception of a line of pixel data, a line number of the line of pixel data in the image data and a frame number of the image data; and a processor configured to obtain the line of pixel data, the line number of the line of pixel data and the frame number of the image data from the receiver, package the obtained line of pixel data, line number of the line of pixel data and frame number of the image data into a data packet, and transmit the data packet to a server.

The present application discloses an image transmission device and method.
